I was on my way to work early and my car started to get hot. So I made it to work and was worried about my car. I called A few shops to see if I can get help. Jesse the manager at Meineke not only was kind but also told me to not drive it. if it is heating up because I could blow my heads. He offered to have it towed to his shop and have it inspected free. I asked if they have A tow truck ? He said no but work with A tow company. He had my car picked up and takin to his shop and found out it was only the upper radiator hose leaking and called me to see if I approve to have it repaired.. Of course I said yes.. I didnt get overcharged or he didnt lie and say it was A bunch of other stuff to make money like most shops do. It was A minor repair that got fixed before I got off work . To think it could have cost me nearly A $1,800 Head job or possibly A replacement engine... Verry happy and will be back for sure. I found A new honest repair shop. I will recommend them to anyone.

I came here after searching for the best possibleprice from Lancasterto Ontario ( between work areas) and this place by a few dollars beat out a local shop and jiffy. I came in with only a 2 hour notice to the new manager Jesse, he took his time to hear out what I wanted to get done about the breaks then he gave me his suggestion on what was wrong with them, he suggested I get the rotors redone or replaced, I honestly thought "I should just stick with my choice" but after thinking about it we ended up just replace 2 of them and the brakes which ended the noise that had been coming from one wheel and the price for all the work was almost $400 less than jiffy and a few other places. I will be coming here from now on since the one by me closed and it only took them 40 minutes to get it all sorted and done. The drive was worth the price and quality hands down!

This place sucks!!! They didnt want to service my car because I wanted an oil change. They were like we do General Service or auto repair and that they dont just focus on Oil Change but then they got oil change prices all over the place, a oil change package, And I got coupon on the mail for a 19.95. Oil Change which is why I came here in the first place. Horrible services I dont recommend coming here employees are sarcastic and they dont care!!!! I felt like the manager didnt want me there. Like if I was not welcome. And what was unbelievable was that he send me to Jiffy Lube!!! I dont know what is his name but hes hispanic fat and annoying...

Great Honest Service. I had my car serviced for oil change for couple of years now and when my car started to rattle and sound like a knocking rod, they were able to pin point the problem to timing chain. They gave me a reasonable budget appraisal and the car was fixed on time.Two months later the same problem came back to hunt me. I took it back, and it was discovered that the timing chain had defective part. They re-ordered a new timing chain assembly and re-did the entire job again at no extra charge. The car has been working great ever since. Just talk to Dave, he will give you an honest advise as what you really need; no more no less.

I had A great experience. As a female I was scared to be taken advantage of by A mechanic. Jesse at Meineke was very friendly and took me in the shop to show me what was wrong with my car. Being A woman I usually just have to take the mechanics word not knowing much about cars... I thought that was honest of him showing me my power steering leak... I seen it so it was soothing to pay for my repair.. I old recommend this place to my family.

Pulled in here with a horrible noise coming from my car. I was scared to death about my car and expected an expensive repair. The manager was so nice and put me at ease, giving me a cold bottle of water. He got the car in right away and then walked me out to the car and showed me a torn up belt. They got the car done in about an hour and it wasnt expensive at all. I was very relieved. These will be my mechanics from now on.

Got a engine and radiator and tune up they never checked all my fluids like they said went to another shop when I would turn would make a loud noise and break so why my brake fluid was bone dry and power steering was bone dry as well dont go there they wanna do a quick job and get your money and Jessie is so unprofessional its not even funny will never go there again !!!!!!!! Worst customer service ever!!!

Had a great experience here. Had my volvo in for an oil change. Jesse informed me of other things that need to be addressed. Told me what needs to be repaired now and what could wait. Came back two weeks later to repair the rest. Staff remembered me and they were glad to see me. Great place and excellent customer service. I highly recommend this shop

First time checking this place out and it was awesome! Great customer service, they did not try selling me any extras they kept there opinions real. Went in for oil change and they check all my fluids, tire pressure and everything was good. They even spoiled me with a carnation .... would keep this place as my oil change spot!

Great place. They were about to close and i really needed my car fixed so the manager and his staff stayed 3 hours late to help get it fixed. The manager was really nice and explained in detail what was wrong with my car and what had to be fixed. Very caring employees. Decent prices. Will be back if needed to.

Worst place ever went in for tune up and oil change and got charged alot of money and I take it in to another mechanic and comes find out nothing was done to it just a oil change lawsuit filed place is rip off and dont deserve to call themselves mechanics DONT GO HERE ...

I went in for an oil change and they said they were out of oil. I went back 2 days later and they said the same thing. Went back next day and they said they are not doing oil changes today. What a bunch of BS. Dont use these guys they are terrible.

Shady as fk hate the other mgr is gone the new guy is a master at what he do if you dont know anything about automotive mechanics the please take someone who do cause you will get worked out of a few hundred dollars trust and believe !!!!

Called and asked if they could do an oil change, they said no problem. 10 min later when I got there they said they were done with oil changes for the day. I told him that I had just called 10 minutes before and he said too bad.
