Toyota dealer provided rental to fix brand new car defect, forced to return rental even though dealership didnt fix anything. Dealer claims its a problem when brought in, but after not being able to fix issues, declares car has no defect. Filed case with toyota for car defect and they keep extending time on finding solution, after sending all papers and documents requested. In another duration, Toyota main service also says there is nothing they can do. With a brand new car with a defect, I the customer am stuck not only paying off a brand new vehicle but also paying for a problem that I should not deal with at all. Why no switch? No return? Nothing they can do? They need to fix their mistake and we will all be done with this.
