I can believe the place like this have a bad services the owner of this company will need to evaluate his employees. To make sure dont lose customers? I wish the chamber (the boss ) of this company can see this . I have the life time alignment and every time I go they tell me something is Ron with my car I fix it take it back and still something else is already 7 times and my car can not be good ? At the same time some of the stuff is really bad... yesterday I walk in at 11:55 am wait for 25 minutes the employee ignore me and some one else walk in and take care him before me what kind of service is this ??????????? I talk to the manager and the only he said sorry ?????????? You think this is what you really want to hear????? I can believe other tire shop have better rate ?????

I scheduled a appointment at 2PM for a friday afternoon. I came in and they said it would be done in about 2hours or less just for a tire rotation & oil change. I waited till 5PM that day and I asked if it was almost done. However they havent even touched it. I saw it was still in the same parking spot 3 hours ago. I basically spend my whole friday there for worthless nothing. I was so pissed off. So I went over to Jiffy Lubes instead and immediately when I arrived they started on it and got it done within 30minz. Firestone is definitely not worth it. Especially when Im coming in just for some maintenance that takes just 30minz. And on top of that I scheduled an appointment.

Talked to a man over the phone who states its against policy to give out quotes over the phone adn i have to bring it in for a inspection. pay the inspection price, then he will till me how much it costs to fix. I explained to him that i am not paying for the repairs someone else is. so they need to know how much to send to cover the costs. he still refused to give out a quote. insisted on me coming in to pay for an inspection and then paying for the repairs which could not be discussed. its just a bait and trap to get people in to spend more money.

the worst.....I just go for first time I dont recommended to go, the say about th alignment for 12 months you came back befor and they say that your car dont need, and after that when you came back it say the 12 months its expired. ......you ask for a answer they say i dont know what to say....(ofcours its not their money) think twice before you go here, I go to sears, Evans tires or somewhere else.

When I went in to talk about getting a alignment .They told me they didnt have time witch I understand but when I asked to make an appointment he told me they couldnt because they werent sure if the alignment rack would be in use.( what Bs). He only said this because I paid for lifetime alignment 3 months prior and there would be no charge. When I went back next day I was able to make appointment

Excellent Service and pricing. The staff is very knowledgable about the tires they carry. I purchased two new Bridgestone tires for my BMW. The lobby is clean and the coffee is hot. I was very satisfied with my purchase and experience. I highly recommend taking your car to them. Jonathan the service manager is very professional.

I brought my truck in to get a water pump done and when they tore it apart they realized they didnt have the right tools to do the job. And the ending result was it leaks more than it did before I brought it in and it didnt get fixed. I had a horrible experience here since the beginning.
