No stars if I could choose! I got ripped off by this company because I am old and I didnt know about the market price for moving. They charged me $3,215 for a small one bedroom apartment local move. Its 8 times more than other movers would charge me but I didnt realize it until its too late. It was a move from an assistant living community to another assistant living community about 10 miles apart. They didnt gave me an estimate with estimated hours, numbers of movers and items that would be moved. On the moving day, they found different reasons to add charges to my bill. They did packing , loading and unloading supper slow because they wanted to charge me more hours. The bill they gave me doesnt have the number of hours it took, the number of movers that involved and the items that were moved on it. We asked the owner to send us details abut the charge after the move. He sent me one but I can tell that they just made it up recently because I have never seen it before and some items on it are wrong! They claimed it took five movers and two days total of 19 hours to do the job. It was a 600 square feet one bedroom apartment and I didnt have too much stuff to move. How could it take that long? it was a lie! They have the high rate for labor of $60/per hour per mover. Besides they charged me a high hourly rates for packing, they also charged me a big amount of money for packing materials which is not true because I didnt have that much items to pack! Normally packing materials are included in packing hourly rates but Fuller Moving Services charged me separately so they can double charge me! After the move, I found all my jewelries are missing, some items are missing and some are broken. My daughter-in-law called Nathan the owner but he denied everything and did not take any responsibility. I am a 83 years old woman. I cannot think clear so they took advantage of me. I regret deeply that I hired this company. I hope you learn from my experience and not get ripped off by this company. I found that there are a lot of negative reviews online about Fuller Moving Services. I should have done some research before I hired this company! The manager of my assistant living place referred Fuller Moving Services to me. Be careful about referrals. They are not necessarily good ones. You may get the worst one like I got!

Fuller Moving Services you stink. They took a bad time in our lives and made it worse. They did not do what they said they were supposed to do. They said anything they took apart they would put back together. ....WRONG !!! BOXES EITHER NOT LABELED OR MISS LABELED... IT HAS BEEN THE WORST MOVING SERVICE EVER. ALMOST TWO MONTHS LATER AND A WORD FROM FULLER...NOT THANK YOU ,A HOW DID WE DO ...JUST DUMP AND RUN LIKE HELL WITH OUR $17,000 PLUS.I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO MY WORST ENEMY. .FULLER MOVING TAKES ADVANTAGE OF OLDER PERSON IN A TOUGH SITUATION AND MAKE THINGS WORSE. WENDY FULLER AND NATHAN YOU AND YOUR COMPANY SHOULD OUT OF business.
