Very BAD! I moved 15 times in my life and this was a FIRST that items went missing: Blue Ray DVD player, space heater, beautiful ceramic plant and a bag full of paper towels. What was the worst is when I discovered the loss I called Patrick (the owner), and told him and he pretty much called me a liar. He did not make any offer on making up for my loss. It was very disappointing and infuriating. I would not recommend this business unless you want to have items turn up missing.

These guys were the best. I received calls from the scheduler and from one of the guys coming out. I believe his name was Will... 4 guys showed up on time (these were some big doods) and knocked unloading a 26 truck - reloading and unloading again in about 3.5 hours. I basically watched and directed. They moved things up stairs an wherever we needed it with a great attitude. I would use them again for sure!
