I havent had my rental space at Turk Street StoragePro for an entire 6 months, but I recommend Turk Street StoragePro to anyone who, like me, is moving into the city. I think Turk Street StoragePro has a no frills approach that simply makes the original purpose for the transaction stand out. If you are moving into the city, you could be leaving behind a place where sales transactions are carefully adjusted to your likes and dislikes. But asking for transaction conditions to be unique to one customer over other similar purchasers is something that asks to be fussed about in a big city. Turk Street StoragePro undeniably sets itself apart from this kind of confusing treatment. It arranges each customers accessibility to, and management of, her or his own storage for the same access. I think that is the reason that it is always a quiet, reliable and efficiently completed task whenever I have to access my storage rental. I note that from the time that I have had a rental the main elavator was out of service for repair on two occasions (months apart) for part of a day. However, my visits on those days were uneventful. I utilized their other elavator when I had articles to move, and chose to take the steps the day I had no artices to move. Hi,Im Wazir and when it came to choosing self-storage,I am happy that I came by the Fort Knox storagepro facility, after searching around San-Fran for self-storage and speaking to the employee/s from a few self-storage places I really didnt care very much about the way they paid little attention to me but the employees at the Fort Knox storagepro facility was quite professional and courtious and I am simply impressed about how clean the place,always is.

Awesome is all I can say able this well kept and professional place.....Safe, clean and respectable staff provide a secure trusting attitude at all times with on time notifications of payment date as well as up dates...I recommend Fort Knox to anyone that is looking for convenience trust and secured well kept storage space......Fort Knox is a true blessing in plain sight.I love it.

They dont give you enough time to pay off your balance before they sell it off. Also I think that the fact they close letting people in FORTY FIVE MINUTES before closing and CHARGE YOU $25 if youre still in the facilty 15 minutes before closing. Then they let some people nap in their units while getting on my rear- end for being there an hour. Not cool place.

I moved to San Francisco at the beginning of April 2016. I had to get a storage closet at Fort Knox storage facility on Turk Street in the Tenderloin. This was a good decision on my part. The place is clean. The people that run it are fantastic very nice.

Short hours and they will give you a good rate coming in, but will raise it every chance they can. I moved out and back in months later to get my rent down and they just raised it $11 a month again. As stated in previous post, it is clean and well ran.

The workers are on top of things. And will give a courtesy reminder call if you miss a payment. Prices are lower than others in town. Rather short access hours are a drawback.
