I said "Its your job to protect my belongings!" "No its not" Thats a direct quote of Jeff the manager yesterday. Someone cut a hole in the fence weeks ago, it remains unrepaired. My latch had been torched open and my unit unlocked. Jeff doesnt give a damn! No notice, just a wire clip where the lock should be. The fence hole is an open invitation to more breakins, and is in a secluded spot. WEEKS go by but he has a plan to fix it sometime later this year. WOW! When I moved in years ago he was all about security. Now, hes just counting on short supply to provide full occupancy while not giving a damn about security. RENT ELSEWHERE!

This is the most unprofessional service i have ever delt business with. And being locked out of my own storage unit because you "lost my payment". I had christmas gifts and birthday gifts in there. I will never do business with you again. After talking with you all, you have no remorse for this. And are blaming other companies for your fault. Also, please note: they have pointed the finger at me, stating as a customer i need to confirm they have received payment. Although i have bank statements and an email from them for this...they still are "working on this issue".. and I still dont have access to my stuff in storage..

When helping my parents move, we used their storage units. Hours into their sorting and organizing of boxes, I grew bored of waiting and began walking throughout the premises. The next day they CUT out lock to our unit and locked us out. Said I was casing the place and out to cause trouble. REALLY? I didnt know walking was a bad thing. Horrible managment. Horribly run place.

Great service, we have used both the inside storage and RV parking from time to time and have always had a great experience. Prices are a bit high, but still cheaper than anything closer to the center of Portland. Physical access is very convenient, but the gates do lock at 9:00 pm, which was occasionally inconvenient for us.

This is a great place to store your stuff, especially if you are looking for affordable prices. I also appreciate the fact that they seem to care a lot about upkeep of the property and keeping the place secure. I received friendly service and would definitely use Troutdale storage in the future if I ever have need again.

WOW! A Storage Provider that actually cares about their customers. When I came in a few months back I was looking for a CLEAN, CONVENIENT, SECURE location and...........Troutdale Storage delivered! Highly recomended!

Just what you expect from a top rate non climate controlled storage unit. As with all storage units 10x10 does not mean 10 x 10. It means almost 10 by 10. But thats the storage industry.
