We have been loyal customers, using this storage facility for over 12 years when it was County Line-Self storage, although Jim & Kathy are the sweetest Property Managers and very helpful. No issues with our Unit.The owners are very greedy people! We have had our rent raise twice 15%-20% in less than a year since they have taken over this property! They tell us its reasonable for its what everyone charges, this is no so. Owners are clearly charging much more and only care about profit and not pre-existing customers; if it wasnt for my husband bad back & torn knee meniscus we would of moved our storage by now.Unfortunately we are stuck for now. Thank you

We started using them 3 years ago as county line it was right the road from our house the late night hours were awesome for someone who works swing shift they have raised the prices so drastically my mother has two units and is unable to changes facilities because she is living in Oregon theirvconputer system had a glitch and said my mom didnt pay so the locked by out of the unit completely. The new management is nice enough and their dog is awesome they just have gone very down hill in the last year/year and a half

We had Mice when we rented here. Owners lied and said we brought them with us. Renter next to us said it has been a problem for a long time. I would have respected them more if they apologized and said sorry...if you have mice your responsibility but we will help you get rid of them. We moved. I would not rent here. High monthly payment, dirty space.

The staff here was extremely kind from the moment I walked in. They responded quickly and efficiently to my questions and accordingly provided me with the perfect storage unit to fit my needs. I would highly recommend them to any of my friends and family.

After nearly a decade of storing with this location, new ownership has doubled our rental fees without any upgrades or modifications of any kind. They are a rip off and we are getting out asap!
