Last summer I got an eviction notice for my boat which I have had there a few years, before current management. Their excuse was that the owner of the the business did not want boats stored there anymore. I have never met the managers before this, or owner of the business. Their letter of eviction was a total surprise to me, and the managers just seemed indifferent when I inquired at the office. So, I promptly took my boat to a better place with nicer people who valued their customers. Up to this day, I still see boats stored there in plain sight. My boat was not a eyesore, and I kept it covered with clean tarps and did not mess up the place. If there was any mess (which there wasnt), they simply could have advised me and I would clean it even if it was not my mess. This business DOES NOT value their customers and I would not recommend doing business with them to anyone.

My fiance is trying to get a unit here because they had a Veteran discount, but the staff in this facility refused to accept an official copy of his Honorable DD214. They wanted a copy of his Medical Benefits card. He has never made a claim for medical and thus has never gotten his card. Just because he has never made a claim for benefits, they refused to accept him as a member of the armed forced that served our country, and they will not give him the discount received by other veterans.
