I had a great experience with this outfit. I was served by Shaun who explained all my options and had me in a van just minutes after walking out the door. Jenny was very friendly as well and check in was never easier. Although I drove the van 39 miles the needle didnt budge but I put a couple gallons in for the next guy. I had minimal contact with Randy but he seemed professional and very good at what he does. They reminded me of stuff like covers for my mattress and a few other things I was glad I purchased. My female companion said the rest room was literally the cleanest and nicest in Burien, practically anywhere. She couldnt believe it. The van ran perfect, was just the right size for the job. So Randy, Jenny, and Shaun.......Two big Thumps up. Great job. Thanks for making my move easier. I will refer customers and will definitely be back myself. Shawn

Theyll tell you they have whatever you need for storage, right up until youre actually there and have to settle for what theyve got. Its not just this location; Im guessing its U-Haul corporate policy. Did I mention that they go by cubic feet and the storage bins are over ten feet high? If youre their customer, I hope you can stack your stuff that high without causing crush damage! I know I cant; cardboard boxes and furniture can only bear so much weight. Of course, I could always rent another storage bin for a fee, or just throw out whatever got on the truck but not in the bin or - and this cost me a little money up front but saved me money over time - I could tell them to keep the free months rental and go find an honest storage facility.

Nice staff, quick service, BUT! They made us return the vehicle to this exact location, which was very inconvenient. My reservation online was to let us return it elsewhere but they completely ignored that. It was something about them "personally" owning that specific vehicle and whatnot. It all seemed very sketchy. Needless to say, it added about 40 miles to our trip and that equated to moving cost increase by more than $50.

5 Stars for the people, 3 because of Corporate Policy. I have a brand new certified figerglass propane tank. It meets all requirements for refilling, but U Haul corporate policy says no fiberglass refill. On the flip side I have a new Worthington steel tank and it would not take a fill, the float must have been stuck in the up position the two attendants tried multiple times, finally one of them got it to work.

Employees gave poor customer service until we were about to leave. They were far less efficient than they could have been and continuously prioritized side-tasks (like taking some test on a computer??) over serving their customers. Didnt care about inspecting the truck on the way out and then went over it with a fine toothed comb on the way back in. Very unprofessional.
