Public Storage in Federal Way is the way to go! I recently moved and while searching for the best deals around I ended up choosing Public Storage. Their website had a deal for online orders and that piqued my curiosity so I researched them further and couldnt find anything negative. When I reserved my unit online, which cost $0 by the way, I immediately received a call confirming my reservation and move in date. In this call they also offered to answer any and all questions I had and made sure I knew how to contact them, as well as locate their property. When I arrived the next day to pay for my unit I was greeted with a friendly smile by Ashley W.. She helped me get my unit paid for, and even arranged a special payment option for me as I had forgotten to add insurance into my figures. When she took me out back to see the unit she was very helpful in explaining how the facility worked. Everything from gate codes and access times to how to add extra authorized persons in case I needed to share my unit. The whole facility was very clean, and well maintained. All the security features worked without a hitch. After we got back to the office she helped me finalize all the paperwork and make my first payment. Ashley really helped make the experience completely stress free and was a great conversationalist. I definitely felt like more than just another customer while speaking with her. When I came back the next day Ashley wasnt working, but Jason picked up right where she left off. He was also very helpful and super friendly. He saved me from getting over charged due to me not remembering how much I had paid the previous day. Embarrassingly I was actually a little short for my final installment, but he helped me get it taken care of discreetly. Thats something you definitely dont experience every day. Bottom line is this. The people at Public Storage in Federal Way are the kind of people you want to be dealing with if you need quick, easy, stress free storage at amazing prices. This was my first time renting with Public Storage, and with service like this I dont see myself going anywhere else.

I visited this Public Storage facility to apply for a job, not as a customer. But my experience leaves me wanting to return as both an employee and a customer. Note that my review is from an applicants viewpoint. I was greeted and assisted by Ashley, and for the first time I was met with a company that took applicants seriously and in a helpful manner. I was provided a small wealth of information both about the hiring process and the position I was applying for. Everything I was told was clear and easy to understand. Ashley was so helpful in fact that during the phone screening there was very little I didnt already know! In comparison, other companies I have applied to have been reserved and uncaring. Also, typically information about a company is left to my own devices and time to figure out. So my experience with Public Storage was very refreshing and I hope that even if I dont get a job with them that I at least meet more company representatives that are as helpful and great as Ashley. Thank you Public Storage.

Im not one to write reviews because I tend to get the exact service I pay for. With that said, I lucked out today. Times have been a financial struggle, especially being self employed and coming off of a huge loss off of a big investment. I walked in today to pay for my storage unit to find that the big bosses were at this location. My original fee was 322 and some change and my unit was scheduled to be put up for auction. I brought 325 with me. Which was literally all I have left. The late fees piled up and came out to almost 350. I asked if there was any way to get it waived. Ariel, who was very nice about it instructed me on how to go about through the proper channels when Devin stepped in. The big boss and gave immediate approval. It was such a relief. Out of all the times Ive utilized the services of Public Storage at multiple locations (prior military), this was by far my best experience with these guys. Thank you so much for having a heart and working with me during struggling times.

Melissa and Jennifer are probably the kindest, most professional people you could ask for. Ive had a unit here for years and when I came in to make a payment which I usually mail, they were very helpful in telling me how to update my account so I could make payments online. Its very nice to be helped by people who actually like their jobs and are sincere in making the customer experience a positive one. If youre on the fence about renting here, dont be. You couldnt ask for a better team that is there to answer all your questions and who are super friendly to boot and in these days of big box stores and disinterested workers, you wont be treated like a number. I appreciate these two and want to give them a shout because as a former retail worker, I know how challenging it can be to work with the public but they make it a really good experience. Thank you!

We needed to move our stuff closer, and we needed cheaper but still large enough to fit 38 years of STUFF! But the first unit we signed for was too small, and it gave my husband anxieties. Property Manager, Ashley was very helpful & accommodating when I asked if they had another unit, but larger, she showed it to me and we got it. Then when it came time for the actual move, we rented a U-haul for two days, and found ourselves running out of time. So again, we asked Ashley for help, and she got permission to allow us to park our U-haul there. What a relief, since the drop-off for the truck was just a short distance down the road. And that alone, made our moving experience a lot easier. It always surprises us when we find people that are willing to make our experiences in life, so much easier & better ~ Mahalo Ashley, from Nate & Maize Tandal

Im very proud and glad to let it be known why I consider Federal way public to be the best public storage. Simply stated, upon signing up with the federal public storage, I found Ashley and the whole crew very helpful, polite and most professional. Also, theyre the best at making sure that they please their customers. Ashley, actually was willing to go above and beyond the calling of her duties as I was being assisted to sign on with them at the federal way public storage!!!! So this is the best customer service Ive ever had. Tina, Brittany and Sarah completely helped me when I had to pack my stuff up and have movers come while I was out of state. I was so stressed and they dealt with my many calls and constant worrying. They were patient went above and beyond for my situation. These women deserve employees of the month and some raises! They are awesome at their job and this one of the most stressful moves Ive done so far and they made it effortless. So happy I picked them for my storage. Trusted them with all my important belongings and memories and they came through. Way to go!
