I have my storage here with them for about a year. The price is pretty affordable comparing with other facilities. Clean, sufficient light, self operation hours from 5am to 10pm for 365 days. The contract is simple. If you need to cancel just give them a head up 1 month in advance if you use direct payment through bank account. They have military, and student discounts. If you have friends referral, there will be some credit as well.

Bad homeless population / loitering problem and poor security. Smells like pee, and we recently found a puddle of pee on the floor outside our unit that was seeping into our unit and ruining our belongings. Not sure if its from a homeless person or an animal, but its awful and completely unacceptable that WE had to deal with the mess. For the amount we are paying for a unit here we expected a lot better.

Was very surprised by the helpfulness of the staff picking out unit needed, the prices of unit was less than surrounding areas, the place is gated and easy to access with your code to enter, and exiting, the place is kept clean, and staff is freindly and helpful, check the place and compare rates and save money,

Facility is secure, clean and staff is very friendly. I like that you just cant go up in the elevator, you have to use a code to get it to work. They supply carts for you to use so you arent carrying heavy items to your unit. The prices were better than any other that I looked at.

Great units, pricing, and management. They made me feel like family the 2 years I lived there. They stored and returned my bicycles after I accidentally left them out. Amazing!!!

Great place great staff clean. Only down side is small loading unloading dock. Takes a lil skill to get a big box truck in and out
