I want to highly recommend both the professionalism and also the friendliness of the Packs who run Portland Avenue Storage. They were one of my first contacts when I came to the Seattle area and still remain friends with the same high standards over the year I have known them. Moving is stressful. They have met my needs hands down by providing clean, reasonably priced, safe storage. I couldnt have found a better place to unpack and set up a new life then with Ray and Karen Pack at Portland Avenue Storage!

Nice clean location, friendly staff, easy administration (can make payments online!) and good security with onsite management. Prices are my only complaint, and theyre still not horrendous. Quick and easy to get a unit, access the unit, and vacate the unit.

It is easily lovated off I-5, clean units, best prices that I found and the managers live within the facility. Month to month rentals and they have all kinds of packing supplies and friendly staff. I would not rent any other place.

The staff at Portland Ave storage is awesome...top drawer.....I have had trouble with the code entry gate and tbey will come out the within minutes to assist me..... I will forever use them for my storage needs

The only problem I have with these guys is.they dont answer there phone.and because of this I had to pay $25.00 extra for a late fee .many times.
