First of all, this location happened to be the 3rd property we went to see. The first place, a reservation was all set-up, we go there & the individual was on a 1/2 hr break, so we had to wait. Unfortunately the unit we requested was not available. I was very specific about wanting a 10x10 drive-up unit. The PS representative, was very helpful, called around & looked on the computer to find what we were wanting. Went to a 2nd location & once again, was not what we requested. Anna looked on the computer & found the location in Fife, WA. So on our way to the 3rd! property location. Everything went smooth with the paper work & information, Emily & Shayla were very informative; however, once at the unit, the latch on the door is challenging. Every time we go there, its difficult to release & difficult to lock. I had a storage unit w/ PS a number of years ago & never had that problem. Its very frustrating. There was no another unit available, so we had no choice. I would suggest, getting in writing, via e-mail, specifics of what you are requesting, not just a confirmation #. And I would suggest calling ahead of time to confirm specifics. It took us all afternoon for this adventure.

Speaking personally,having to put my possessions into storage has been a combination of emotions. None of which are pleasant. But i give this review with delight. From day one my experience with PS has been great. Without all the details .....just know that my initial visit here was quick and painless as id hoped. Yet i couldnt think of a single question i could ask. It was all wrapped up in my chat with the PS clerk. Frequent visits at first were like seeing old friends or neighbors. Staff here are inviting of any questions i sum up. Sheila even served as our tour guide/entertainer of sorts. Keeping us in smiles and good spirits right along with her. Ive expressed disappointment in my many years of less than par customer service from various businesses, so its with a little passion that i give extra "atta boys" to sheila and the rest of PS folks here in Fife. Thank you for continuous service that far exceeds todays standards.

Weve had our storage unit for 2 years now, only a couple of times a day or two late. But my experience today, Thursday, July 2nd, 2015, was by the far the greatest customer service experience Ive ever had. From the on-site manager for Fife WA to the 800 customer service representative Lori, to the district manager Richard Clark in Washington, all were very prompt in returning my calls and hassle free with helping me work out my dilemma, helping my family from losing our belongings. Thank you to everyone, not only were you helpful but also very personable. The way good customer service should always be. My red, white, and blue is not only for the U.S.A, but also for my representatives at my public storage!

I had the wonderful opportunity to speak with Jeannie today at Fife Public Storage. I cannot express how happy I was at the end of our conversation. I called today wanting the unit tomorrow. I needed a certain size and a close location. She took her time and searched with needing to call me back. Who goes that far and calls not only you back but alerts the location your coming. No one I know of and with a savings as well. Thank you Jeannie you are awesome and definitely an employee to keep. Thank you so much. You helped make my move and day a lot easier.

I would highly recommend this Public Storage. My wife and I were looking for a place to store our travel trailer. Shelia was very helpful in recommending a good spot for us and even helped to get our trailer backed into our spot and helped get the trailer unhooked since we are novices with our new trailer. She went above and beyond our expectations with regard to customer service. If you need a great place that is reasonably priced for serving our storage needs I cant recommend this place high enough. Be sure and ask for Shelia she is amazing!

Sheila is the manager of this Public Storage. She is down to earth, friendly and straightforward, kind of like good easy to work with country folk. So many business these days employee people lacking in these human qualities, so I really am glad this is the public storage closest to me. The initial incentive for this Public Storage is that it had a rental that was a significantly better price than the next public storage, so Sheila the manager was a bonus. Nice honest family-run business, good to do business with. Thanks.

I really loved Jeannie. I was very stressed about my moving/finding a storage situation. She was very kind. VERY informative I never have rented a storage unit before and she helped me with everything from the best ways to stack furniture and make use of my space, what I need (boxes, mattress bag, couch bags, locks). I can not emphasize enough how helpful and kind she was. I also was very impressed with the cleanliness of the area. It is easily accessible and well lit. Overall it was a very good experience.

We are moving to the Puget Sound area and were able to find an available unit at Fife. After two days of driving we arrived and were helped by Emily. She was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. Emily provided us with additional information which I had not thought of which will make our storage experience more positive and secure. I would strongly recommend this storage facility for use by others due to the professional staff which operate it and the security of the storage area.

Administration

I called the 800# for Public storage and spoke to a representative named Steve. He explained availability, options and a current promotion. He reserved a unit for me(subject to my approval). Sheila was very friendly, helpful, patient and thorough. After just a couple of days, I discovered I needed a bigger unit. Sheila happily made the switch for me. Facility is well maintained and secure. I will continue to do business and refer my friends to this well-run organization.

Our company has used Public Storage to store nearly 2000 bankers boxes. We have stored these records since 2009 and have had good service during that time. The units we had were spacious and water tight. We had no complaints other than the rates rising every year. We experienced a 22% increase in the rental amount in 5 years so we decided to move our records to another facility at a considerable savings.

The thing that makes this storage better than any other is the onsite manager, Sheila. She just makes this storage place feel kinda like a home. She is the most amazing person. She instills faith in me that all my belongings will be taking care of and that no riff raff will be tolerated. Public Storage needs more employees like Sheila!!! And if she ever left there I would too.

Came into this facility to ask about prices and check out the lot I was greeted at the door by Emily who was super helpful and very informative. I ended up not renting a storage unit yet but I do plan to in the near future at this location due to the wonderful customer service that was received. It was very clean and looked very safe and I was very much satisfied.
