They have a great program. The coaches teach you everything from A-Z about crossfit. That was my big concern before signing up. Was little bit intimated by crossfit. I ve been at 24 hour fitness LA fitness member for years. I felt fit but its a reality check once you get going with the fitness program they offer. I only give weight to reviews with actual members that attend the gym. As I did when I found this place. Im glad Im a member and would highly recommend.

Looks like a nice gym, wouldnt know because they dont do drop ins and have a convoluted membership process. Dont recommend
