Really horrible customer service and bad instruction. I had a fairly easy billing issue and I couldnt get hold of anyone to discuss the matter. My issue isnt the billing problem, its that it was impossible for me to get hold of someone to discuss it. They directed me towards the billing company they use who also has fairly poor customer service. When that turned into a brick wall I tried to get hold of the owner or a manager or someone at the actual organization that had some sort of control or power. I left voicemails, i left messages with the receptionist, sent emails. But no response. The assistant instructor they have is really bad, she contradicts the main instructor and argues with students over trivial things and even contradicts herself. The main instructors are fine and pretty chill, but the assistant instructor is at every class no matter which main instructor is there.

Started Krav Maga in April and just fell in love, great instructors the environment is nice. Everyone is here to learn self defense no one is rude, has a family feel. The gym is modern, bathrooms are clean and kept that way. It is a large gym with 2 mats, a boxing ring, and an area to lift weights. Krav Maga has helped me out in some situations, the instructors keep to our pace, and learning the moves is easy to remember.

Just had the free introductory clasa.Loved it. Ended the class wanting more. The pricing is great if I was interested in the rest of the forms offered. My 45 minute bicycle commute each way from Paramount warmed me up. I would definitely sign up with longer krav maga class and closer to home. For anyone nearby I highly recommended. John was a great trainer.

Great family feeling between members & Instructors!!! Very Cool Kids Jujitsu program!!! The Kick Boxing & Conditioning class are a lot of fun and really work you out!!! Everyone has a great attitude!!! This place is AWESOME & I can not wait for my next class!!!
