OK, so I am picky about auto repair shops, because I was part of the management team for a shop in Santa Cruz many years ago. I handled parts and service writing. I am picky about cleanliness, I am picky about communication skills, I am picky about how the mechanics treat their women customers. The McCoy Tire Pro Team: Eric, Luke, Allen. When they answer the phone, they say their names. They give you something...themselves. And then, they and the other mechanics give you great service. They fix the vehicle. They actually call when they know something. They call as soon as the vehicle is ready. They return calls. The waiting room is comfortable and the bathroom is clean! AND...they ALWAYS stay within the original estimate, or make darn sure you know promptly if that estimate is changing. Did I mention the shop is clean? Oh, and hours...they have Saturday hours, hallelujah! I was able to call and schedule my car on a Saturday, Yay McCoy Tire Pro! For any woman--and for any single mom--looking for a reliable, clean shop where you are met with courtesy, honesty, friendliness and respect...this is the place for you.
