I wish I could give this place rate of negative infinity. I am beyond frustrated with them. AAA took my car to be fixed here (They also had to fix the car alignment ). After almost 4 weeks they said they car is ready. I go pick up the car and the first thing I see they scratched my steering wheel. I drive it to work and see the steering wheel is way off and when I drive straight the steering wheel is tilted to left. It was so obvious that anyone could recognize it by driving it once. I took the car back and they said two people test drove it and it looked okay. I was LIKE ARE YOU KIDDING ME? so Jim the guy from the shop test drove it and said oh they might have forgotten to center the wheel. So I leave my car there again for them to fix it. Then I get a call next day saying oh we might have mixed up your alignment report with some other car so the alignment guy needs to do so adjustment again. At this point I was beyond frustrated that how careless they work. Then they said the car is ready so I test drive he car with Jim and it looked okay. But when I drove back from work I see my car is shifting to he right when I drive straight and when I want to make my steering wheel straight the car goes to the left so I have to take my car back again. I really do not know how many times it takes them to get the alignment right. They do not even have a alignment center they ask a mobile aligner to go to their shop. In short, DOT NOT take your car for any kind of service here at any cost. If you go here you have to keep time off from work or anything you do to keep asking them to re-fix the part they "fixed. It is just waste of your time and money. On the good side, Jim was very honest, friendly and very helpful but the job quality was HORRIBLE and still not done right.

Its by far the best repair shop. I brought my Nissan Leaf here to get quotes to fix damage caused by something falling off an overpass and someone who keyed my car. However, I only decided to get one area fixed. After dropping off my car, they made a mistake and started work the other area. They decided to repair both areas at the same price. Im truly impressed by their professionalism and quality of work.

Excellent customer service! They have a really easy and painless drop-off and pickup process. With Hertz onsite rentals, you can save a lot of additional hassle by not having to visit a separate rental place. The work on my 2 month old BMW was flawless. There simply isnt any visible difference between now and when the car was new.

They price gouge customers. Completely untrustworthy and will place liens as a way to acquire vehicles as part of negotiating the final price. I will never do business with this place.
