I had an excellent experience with this shop in Newark when I got into a fender bender with my 2011 Mercedes E Class. I would highly suggest taking your car to them for any and all bodywork or paint needs. I was initially impressed by this shop when the owner himself met with me for an estimate. He was extremely knowledgeable and knows his cars! I had spoken with his wife, co-owner Janice a few days prior and she set me at ease with her professionalism and helpfulness. It is a family-owned shop but they have a huge facility, full crew and top of the line equipment. They handled all of the insurance paperwork and communication for me as well. Dave is a proactive owner who ensures top quality with his shops workmanship and when I picked up my car, their expertise was evident. The damage on my car was fixed, the paint was flawless, and as my husband said the car looked like it did when it came off the showroom floor. These guys buffed out a few minor scratches free of charge, got me a rental car, and even washed my car before I arrived to pick it up. The have a lifetime warranty on their paint. We have a classic car we are restoring as well and will be brining to Bay Area Body Shop for a custom paint job as it turns out this shop turns out incredible classic car restorations/custom paint jobs as well. Overall fantastic experience.

Ive now had three cars worked on at this shop. One that was in a serious accident and needed massive work, the other two for very minor things. Each time theyve exceeded my expectations with prompt polite service, rides home and even getting the car out earlier than I expected. They have a good interface with the insurance companies and handle all paperwork flawlessly. The shop is bright and clean, actually its massive! The owner pays his workers a good wage and provides health care. That might not sound like much but hes got some very experienced long time employees. The work is done by journeymen with all the right tools. You never want to have to go to a body shop but if you do, this is a good one.
