Last week I was involved in a car accident to where I did not know where to turn. I called my regular mechanic and he referred me over to Ted at Mendelson Autobody. After meeting and talking with Ted, I could tell that he was a very knowledgeable and honest guy. I left my car in his lot for the next week in the meantime while the insurance adjuster decided what to do. After determining that the car was totaled, we knew there was no point in repairing it. The car was then released over to a towing company where they would take it to an auction yard and it would be gone for good. I called Ted last minute and told him about all the aftermarket parts I had in the car that I did not have the chance to recover due to my job. Ted was very understanding and spent over an hour taking out all of my electronics such as all 4 speakers, deck, sub woofer, and an amp. I am truly grateful for Teds act of kindness, even when there were no repairs being done to my car. I had such a fortunate and great experience with them and I would highly recommend them to everyone else.

To find a reputable body shop, I checked out Google ratings for body shop businesses in San Ramon. The reviews for Mendelson were excellent so I took my Suburban in for repair. It wasnt for dents or dings; I needed the automatic liftgate repaired. It didnt open, or close automatically and didnt latch. So I needed someone that was part mechanic, part electrician, and part body repair expert. In addition I needed someone to give me a lift back to my other car when I dropped off the Suburban. The people at Mendelson gave me a ride, fixed everything and charged me a fair price that was much less than I feared it might be. Im not affiliated with Mendelson Auto Body in any way, Im just a very happy customer. And judging from the other reviews, Mendelson makes sure that all of their customers are happy. Highly Recommended.

I was involved in an accident while my car was parked and my friend recommended to Mendelson body shop. They were entirely transparent with the estimate and extremely patient with my busy work schedule. When I finally was able to have the work done, they did it in 24 hrs and even quickly washed my car. I am a huge stickler about the details and always dislike being able to tell when someone has been working on your car, whether its exterior or interior, but I was met with no surprises. I will definitely be bringing my baby back to them to remove the key marks soon.

Recently I was involved in an accident on the freeway where the other driver merged into my lane and hit my car., causing extensive damage to the left passenger door and surrounding area. My Service Outlet referred me to Mendelson Auto Body.This was one of the best experiences anyone could have under the stressful circumstances. Everyone that I had contact with were courteous, helpful and always prompt in answering questions. My car was ready in the time it was promised, and looked like it was brand new. Kudos to Ted and his team!

Ted Mendelson repaired my BMW after an accident and repainted the entire car. The result is beautiful! They did several small additional repairs that I did not even expect. The color is perfect, and the paint is smooth as glass. The car was ready on-time and everything was perfect the first time. When I picked up the car it was clean and detailed top to bottom. All the fluids were checked and topped off. This is the best service I have ever gotten from an auto body shop. My thanks to Mendelson Auto Body.

Awesome ! Great customer service. Personal ! Ted provided an honest, clear estimate. And then delivered. His crew found that they could source some used parts (that were just as good as new), and reduced the final bill. Terrific follow-up and follow-through. Had it not been for Ted, my F150 Scab FX4 would have been written off as a "total loss". Ted and team got her back on the road, and she looks and rides like new. Couldnt be more pleased with results :-)

A very well run auto body shop. They did great body and paint work on my car. Ted provided me with excellent customer service and follow-up. The scratches on my vehicle were minor. However, since I had purchased the car 5 days ago, I wanted a body shop that was top of the line and offered a very reasonable price. Painter came in early to finish job one day under projected date so I could have car for holiday weekend. Repairs were IMPECCABLE. Car looks absolutely perfect! Theres a reason why Mendelson Auto Body has 5 Stars. They are that good. Extremely genuine people and knowledgable about cars. Another shop had quoted me for items I didnt need. Ted was honest from the start. I apprectiate that. Lets hope I dont need to get anymore bodywork on my beloved Mazda. But if I do, Im heading straight to Teds!

I got rear ended, bad. AAA suggested a body shop close to me, but because of the Google reviews, I went to Mendelson Auto Body. Google did not do me wrong. I got the car back after a couple weeks and it looked like new. Plus they took care of a scratch on my hood with some paint free of charge

Ted is great in his job. I have been his customer since 2001, I had a 1998 BMW and had a bad collision and he fixed my baby like new. Thanks God that I had never had another accident since then. Still use his services for detailing on my car.Big big thanks.
