This is my experience. Yours may vary. I had gotten hit from the rear and my fleet maintenance company had sent me here. They were nice and picked me up from the side of the road and took me to the office. The office was kind of dingy and the bathroom was marked out of order but I know it doesnt matter if they do good work. When I picked up the vehicle the job looked OK. There was a little over spray on some of the black bumper trim pieces. I got in my vehicle and noticed garbage on the floor and in the side pocket of the door and grease on my door. I decided it was not worth mentioning and took the vehicle home. By the way, the bathroom was still out of order. When I got home I opened up the rear and found my jack handle and extra hardware on the floor. At least I hoped it was extra. Shortly after picking it up I noticed a creaking sound coming from the rear end every time I drove it. I called them up and was told it was probably just the new rubber exhaust hangers and they needed to work themselves in. I gave it some time but the creaking sound kept getting worse and I took it back. While I was waiting for them to look at it a lady came in concerned about her work in progress because she had read some reviews on this Maaco that concerned her. I began to be concerned. They brought my vehicle out front and told me that my shocks were worn out. I mentioned that they never made that sound before the accident. They said they would call my fleet maintenance company and get back to me. By the way, the bathroom was still out of order. After about a week of not hearing from them I took it to another repair shop. They quickly determined it was not the shocks. There was obvious damage from the collision that was missed and two pieces of metal were rubbing together. They suggested I take it back to Maaco. I called Maaco and was told they were too busy that day to look at it even though I had a diagram of the part and the other shop had marked it with white paint. I moved some appointments to take it in the next day. They said they would have to order the part. I asked if there was a temp fix they could do so I did not have to listen to creaking that was driving me nuts. They jammed some rubber in. By the way, the bathroom was still out of order. When the part came in I settled down in the waiting room. Most of the time I was waiting there was nobody in the office. The phone was ringing off the hook. People came in and left in frustration. Somebody tried to deliver parts. When the owner finally came in I told him what had happened. He said something about it being one of those days. I kind of get the feeling there are a lot of them. I got my keys and hoped I would not have to come back. I made it halfway home when I got a phone call that they forgot to have me sign paperwork and I would need to drive back. By the way, the bathroom was still out of order. Update: The creaking sound came back. I crawled under the vehicle to see if it was the same issue as before and discovered my spare tire was missing. I know that Maaco had taken it off the vehicle because they had left the handle to lower it loose in the back. I caled them up and they claimed they never had to take it off. Now my company was stuck with the bill for a new spare. I begged my fleet maintenance company to let me take it to a dealership. Luckily they agreed and the dealership found more damage from the original accident that Maaco had missed and repaired it. The best part? The dealerships bathroom was in working order.

If youre looking to get your paint done here, be cautious because they dont tape off the edges well, so paint gets on your trim and your wheels. Yes, their rate is cheap, but you get what you pay for. Even though they painted the car alright, a lot of parts on my car are either broken or missing. Screw caps gone, ripped trims, missing bolts... etc. They even left a screw driver in my engine bay and cracked my windshield without even mentioning it. Dont go here unless you want your car to have random missing parts.

When I read the reviews I was very hesitant to go there but I was so wrong. My brand new Nissan Pathfinder had several deep scratches on it. Who wants scratches on your brand new car. It looks amazing. If I could give them 10 stars instead of 5 I would. Every one was very pleasant & professional & even if they werent what did you go for ? I went to get my car fixed not a social hour. Dont go by the stars, why pay more than you have to. I got my moneys worth. I highly recommend this Maaco

Very good customer service. They tried very hard to work on a complicated job and when some unexpected problems arose, they worked well with me to come up with a solution that met every ones needs. When I picked up my vehicle the second time, it was great to see how hard they worked to make me happy. Great people.

tried to get some help with getting my car front bumper fixed. I did not know where to located my paint code for my car. The recepiontist did not want to find someone whou could help me, she sounded like she really did not like her job. I would go somewhere else.

Went to macco to fix a dent in for paint, Damaged my car taillights, acted like they were going to pay to fix it. Then they never returned my phone calls or the manager wasnt there to talked to.... BTW the paint started to wrinkle 1 month later

Dont go there you pay for 1st stage paint to look decent n they over spray your window n glasses tires n rim smh thats more work it may just be the person who painted the car cause there lame low paying j.o.b but get your j.o.b done right !
