Took my Volvo here after being rear-ended and shoved into the car in front of me (damage front and rear of my vehicle). The service level was absolute crap. I dropped the car off on Jan. 5th (a scheduled drop-off time that they chose), and went over all damage with a service adviser. I pointed out the damage to the rear bumper, misalignment of the trunk lid, the misaligned front bumper, and the shattered headlight. A bit less than 2 weeks later I called to check on progress and was assured the car was almost ready. Then the guy on the phone said, "the misaligned trunk lid wasnt accident damage, right?" I assured him that it was, and explained that was why Id had him take photos of the misalignment when we went over the car together. He responded with surprise and told me that it would take longer then. About another week later, I called again to check on progress, having heard nothing from the shop since. They again assured me that the car was "almost ready" and promised to call when it was. Finally, on the 28th (over three weeks from the initial drop-off) they called to tell me that the car was repaired and ready. I pulled into the shop to pick up my vehicle and could see clearly from 20 feet away that the front bumper was still misaligned. They had pulled the cover, repainted it, and put it back on all without fixing any of the underlying damage. I refused the vehicle, reminded them that Id pointed out the misalignment in our initial inspection, and they assured me they would fix the issue. Finally, on Feb. 12th, more than 5 weeks after dropping the vehicle off with them, they called me again to say the car was ready. Everything looked OK this time, so I accepted the car, happy to finally have the experience behind me. The next morning, however, I noticed that the drivers side turn signal was fogging up, which meant the seal had been broken. Because the last thing I wanted to do was deal with these incompetents again, and because a new turn signal unit was only $27, I ordered the part to replace it myself. On my car, this is a simple process as the entire turn signal assembly must be removed in order to change the bulb. It simply slides into place on 3 tabs and then latches. Imagine my surprise then, when I went to remove the old turn signal assembly and found that the latch was missing. In its place was a blob of soft but sticky black putty. Additional inspection revealed that the assembly seemed to be almost entirely attached with this black putty. After prying the old assembly out it became clear what had happened. The latch was broken off and covered instead with black putty. One of the 3 tabs was missing entirely. Another had huge blob of the black putty on it. And the third tab, which broke off in my attempt to remove the turn signal, had been epoxied into its slot in the headlight. So, either Service King broke the assembly and attempted to hide the fact by epoxying it into place, or the part was broken in the accident (it was adjacent to the headlight which shattered) and, instead of replacing the turn signal as they had the headlight, they simply tried to epoxy the turn signal into place and be done with it, not knowing that the only way to chance the turn signal bulb is to remove the assembly. So now Im left with the old assembly that cant fit back in because the latch is broken, and a new assembly that cannot be installed because some absolute idiot epoxied a tab of the old unit into the locating slot meaning theres no way for the new assembly to fit. This shop is beyond incompetent. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. Not only do they appear to be unable to keep track of damages described to them during the initial inspection, but they also broke a part on my vehicle and, instead of replacing it, attempted to hide the fact by using glue and putty.

Wow, what a great experience. I was out of a meeting nearby earlier than I planned- about 1pm on a weekday- so I took advantage of the time and went up the road to Service King Redmond to get an estimate. Over the weekend, in a parking garage, my car had been scraped pretty well by another driver who didnt know how to get their car out of the spot correctly. Robert did ask if i had an appointment and I explained that I did not. He told me that was fine, but can I wait a couple minutes while he finished with another customer? Sure, of course. He was back in about 3 minutes and went over my car carefully with me to decide what to do. He decided to see if it was even as damaged as it looked as it was also pretty dirty, and it was hard to tell if paint scraped off my car was actually paint that came off the other car, etc., so I went inside to wait while he got it cleaned up. Inside, I was asking questions of another employee about the company, as I had never heard of them, and he was very helpful and friendly, too. After maybe 20 minutes, Robert came back with my car and I couldnt even see the damage anymore! He said he would send a quote on the paint chips on the bumper, but other than that, nothing to pay for and I felt 100x better realizing I would not need to file a claim or schedule and pay for repairs! Im for sure going back here, even if its nowhere near my house! Thanks, Service King!

It has taken Kirmac in Redmond over 1 month to fix my car (I still don’t have it back yet). I went to pick up the car after the repairs were completed and got no more than a mile away before things started falling apart. I noticed that the steering wheel was angled sharply to the left when I was driving straight, there was a constant grinding sound and the slippery road light was flashing on/off. I took the car back to Kirmac and asked the repairman Chris to come on a test drive with me so he could see when was going on. He refused, saying “I’m not driving in the car if it’s not safe.” It’s not safe enough or him but good enough for me? Kirmac called me back a couple days later saying they just needed to fix a sensor and the car needed an alignment. In the list of repairs that were done to the car originally it says they already had an alignment done. Sounds like it never really happened in the first place. Horrible customer service, slow and incompetent repair work, save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

Some woman was obviously texting and rear ended 4 cars than swerve into my lane and struck me. I took my car here and from the time I showed up I was treated VERY professionally by Lena and TODD. Todd pretty much kept in contact with me throughout every step of the process and my car is perfect! Like it was never in an accident. I recommend Service King strongly. Dont listen to the trolls, there will always be those around. If you want great Customer Service and professional, fast and detailed work on your vehicle. THIS IS THE PLACE. ANd this is a REAL REVIEW
