I’m not sure about you but if you have ever had to deal with insurance companies it can get very ugly. I had my car at another body shop (which will remain nameless for the moment). They had my car for almost three weeks when they said it would only take three to four days. At the request of the insurance adjuster they were supposed to measure the frame, due to some side damage that was ruled unrelated unless the frame was damaged. They said there was no damaged. This made no sense to anyone involved but the insurance company said they would not repair the damage because of the other auto body shop findings. I told the story to a close friend of mine and he highly recommend TAJ Collision Center. I got in touch with them and within a couple of days Josh had done a thorough inspection and got the info I needed and gave me a detailed explanation of the findings. It turns out the frame was bent. And the damage was done by the rear impact from the accident. But even more important Josh was a real pleasure to work with, and I would highly recommend TAJ if you want an honest thorough estimate and depth of expertise to get the repairs you need done right the first time. TAJ does excellent work, provides great customer service and goes out of their way to solve your problem and make you happy, which is amazing since if your car is battered your spirit may be too! I have taken 3 different cars in over the last 2 years with variety of body damage (only once my fault). In all cases the workmanship was first rate. Nakkia made scheduling easy and Josh made sure the job was finished as promised and on time. They offered a variety of solutions to fix the problems - from a Rolls Royce fix to make things look brand new, to a minimalist fix appropriate for a 10 year old clunker. Plus, they priced fairly and were cost competitive, I checked.

These guys were AMAZING! Ive dealt with other body shops in Issaquah before. Taj was by far the most friendly and easiest to work with. Conviently located in an auto stop mall with Eastside Mobile Auto Glass and Robs Transmission, which have also done great work for me in the past. The damage was done to our 2 month old nissan murano. It was completed when they said it would be, and it looks like nothing ever happened. Actually better! Not only was the door fixed but they also washed the outside, and detailed the inside. Wow! Was not expecting the inside to be sparkling. Hopefully wont need a body shop again. But if I do Taj will be my only stop. Thanks again!

Im not sure what the one yahoo who gave 4 stars was thinking because TAJ Collision is the JAM! If you want your car fixed and done right this is the place to go. Every car I own has seen Dr. Josh at TAJ and every time Ive been blown away at the quality of work and the level of service. I love that this is a family business as Joshs wife is the glue that keeps TAJ amazing! If your car has a boo boo I highly recommend TAJ. I believe in TAJ so much that I continue to take my cars there even after moving out of the area, they are that good! Putting your car in the shop is stressful enough so do yourself a favor and just go to TAJ. Tell them Vivek sent you!!

My daughters car was the victim of a hit and run at UW. Taj had fixed her car a couple of times before so I brought it back there for this repair too. We always had great service and this time was no different. The shop is under new ownership and I found the new owners to be super. Theyre open Saturdays, which most shops arent. I got a ride back to my house with no problem. The repairs were done in 2 business days and I got a call each day giving me an update. To top it off, they washed the outside and thoroughly cleaned the inside. Most importantly, the repair was perfect. Give them a chance, you wont regret it.

Was recently told to visit the new owners when I needed the bumper replaced on my 2010 jeep commander. I had taken another car to these guys before the new owners took over and I was very impressed. I am even more impressed with the new owners. They are a family business and really take pride in their customers. The bumper ended up coming in early so I got to get my car done earlier than expected. They had it back to brand new by the next day which was great. Not only was the car washed but it was vaccumed and wiped down. would for sure send everyone I know there including my family and friends.

I never want to be a "repeat" visitor to a body shop. Though when you need someone to trust, Taj is your place. The owners are local, they live in the area and are passionate about providing a high quality of service. They fix the issue and if something is not the way it should be, they will fix it until you are satisfied. They go above and beyond to take care of your needs and make the trauma of your vehicle being damaged easier to cope with.

This was my first experience with TAJ & the service I received here was AWESOME. Super nice & helpful staff! Just wanted to get the grill overlays I ordered online professionally installed on my new Armada. They got it done same day while I waited & it took just over a hour. I paid 75% LESS then I had been quoted by another place & the other place said it would take a week before they could even look at it. Highly recommend TAJ Collision!

I cant say enough about this company. Ive had to visit them about 7 times over the years. Each time is met with the same awesome customer service. My car usually comes back looking better then when I dropped it off :) Accidents are not fun, but having a body shop that is super easy to work with helps a lot.

This is a family owned body shop and they have great reputation for many years, very trustworthy, willing to take care of your needs without being greedy. They treated my car as if it’s their own. My car looks brand new again. I will recommend TAJ to all my family, friends and everyone else.

These guys were wonderful! They gave me the lowest estimate, sent me constant updates via email, contacted the insurance company when there were price adjustments and helped me with my rental car. Not to mention my car looks amazing! I would recommend TAJ to everybody. Thanks Team TAJ! :)
