This place is the biggest joke of a body shop anywhere. Took my daughters car in for an estimate. This was at the end of the business day so I was told I needed to leave the car, which I did because they were a Mercury "certified" shop. Was called the next day and given some insanely inflated price for the repair. So, I told them I would need to get a couple more estimates before I made my decision, and that i would be picking up the car in an hour. Thats when the fun began. I was then told that I would have to pay a $300.00 "tear down and inspection" fee !!! This was absolutely the biggest rip off I have ever had inflicted on me. The drivers side rear door had a few small dents, and the front bumper had a few deep scratches and that was it. They claimed they had to remove both front and rear seat belts, the rear view mirror, the interior trim, both front and rear door panels in order to estimate the labor to repair the door. The dents on the rear door were no where near deep enough to affect ANYTHING inside the door, or any structural part of the door, yet they felt it was necessary to tear the entire interior apart to estimate the damage. Long story short, I went somewhere else, and filed complaints with the BBB, the Bureau of Automotive Repair and the local city Chamber of Commerce, as well as Mercury insurance. If you get ripped off by these thieves, COMPLAIN, file the complaints, take the time to do it so that hopefully one day these guys cease to exist. DO NOT BE SCAMMED BY PRESTIGE TOO!! Help the next guy by filing a complaint!

WHAT A JOKE THIS SHOP IS FROM BEGINNING I FELT RIPPED OFF BY THERE ESTIMATOR JUAN VELA (WHOS THE LOSER WHO HIRED HIM)???? SECOND THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS SUCK EVEN MORE...WTF!!!! I FELT LIKE I WAS GIVEN THE RUN AROUND, THIRD COME TO FIND OUT THAT BEN THE OLD OWNER IS NOT AROUND ANYMORE??? SOLD THE SHOP TO NEW OWNER (MIKE SALYARD) THE RING LEADER TO THIS MICKEY MOUSE SHOP!!!!!!!!!! (YEAH I LOOKED HIM UP AND TRUST ME HIS OTHER SHOPS ARE NOTING TO BRAG ABOUT...LOL VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!!! WILL NOT RECOMMEND FRIENDS OR FAMILY!!!!!!!!!!! NEVER AGAIN WILL THEY TOUCH MY CAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I stopped by their shop & tried to get a simple estimate for them to repaint my hood. No body work, just a simple repaint. Unfortunately they made several excuses to not give me an estimate and couldnt give me the final price on the spot (even after they reviewed the car). They said they would call me back with the final amount, but never did. I guess they dont need any more business.

Pacific Eliter collision center in torrance dont care about the customers at all. As one of the largest collision centers in los angeles, Pacific Eliter collision center in torrance shouldnt only care about money. I will not trust this store any more. I will not recommend my friends to repair their vehicles in Pacific Eliter collision centers in torrance.

Have been to the shop a few times. Unfortunately, our car is a magnet for rear end collisions. The staff is professional and has handled the repairs efficiently and correctly. We are very happy with their customer service and their work. Would recommend and will be back for any future body work.
