This is, by far, the best auto repair shop in The South Bay. Theyre honest, knowledgeable, reasonably-priced, helpful, cordial, professional and Mark, the owner, is the nicest, most pleasant man you could ever hope to meet. I began bringing my vehicles to The Auto Shop in the 1990s and I wont go anywhere else, unless advised to by Mark. Every friend, family member and acquaintance that Ive referred to The Auto Shop has become a regular Auto Shop customer. The Auto Shop has saved me countless dollars on repairs and has kept my vehicles in good running order by using quality parts and providing excellent service. They are so trustworthy that even classic car buffs bring their prized and valuable vintage autos to them. If you live in or near The South Bay, this is the place to take your car. Once you try them, youll see that this super-positive review is not an exaggeration. The Auto Shop is truly THE BEST!

Mark and Dave are absolutely the best ! And beyond fair. Ive spent a lot of time there and it amazes me how cool they are. They always check everything on the cars, and when it comes to pricing? Theres a reason why his customers always come back. Also... many times have I seen them trying to hurry and eat lunch and someone walks in and they always put their customer first. Ill be a customer for life !

I completely agree with the prior review and also recommend friends and family to the Auto Shop. I am a classic car buff with automotive experience/knowledge and rely on the Auto Shop when repairs to my vehicles are necessary. They are truly THE BEST!

Omg they are amazing here! They always greet me with a smile and make me feel warm and welcome. El Segundo city is a high end area, but this auto shop has beyond fair prices for the work that they do. Trust me when I say you can trust them

Outside of my family these are the only mechanics I trust. Several times our cars have been "diagnosed" with issues and quoted a price by other mechanics. However, they do an honest days work at very reasonable prices.
