Absolutely Horrible. Several of my belongings were Damaged and Stolen here, the owner even accused me of giving someone else my key and allowing another human to do all of this and refused to be held liable. All of my boxes were torn open, things scattered all over the floor and someone elses belongings were even in my storage unit!! It looked like someone else had been living there while I was away. I paid $70 a month for two months and am now out over one thousand dollars worth of personal belongings. If you are looking to find a Secure storage space in Woodland, I highly recommend any other place.

Dont go there. Use another location if you can. Very disrespectful staff. Went there 8:30 per the message I got from U-Haul. They didnt open till 9:05 even though they knew we were waiting for them outside. When we went in he said they arent usually open on Sunday but hes being a "Christian" and doing me a favor. That was a lie to begin with. And when I asked isnt this your address in the message from U-Haul, he said: "get that out of my face!" in all rudeness. He didnt do a walk through and provided no help.

This place and the owner are terrible. Many of my valuable belongings were stolen and some left horribly damaged. Some of the items that were stolen include a lowrider bike and hundreds of Prismacolor pencils. Several of my art pieces were damaged as well. On top of that, the owner refused to be held liable for any of it and someone elses things were also left in my storage space, which of course were then labeled my problem. Save your money and take your things somewhere safe.

This place is a sham; multiple units broken into and items damaged or taken. Seems to be the owner just tells everyone "you gave your key to someone else" and of course the security footage is "damaged or unobtainable" for police to view. Reported this place to BBB. Whats the point of even having a lock if your unit is just going to be rummaged through and items stolen. This place is a total joke and should be shut down.
