Robert worked on my car on the side and it took him 3 months after he initially said 12-14 working days. It took him a month just to paint the hood, 2 fenders, and part of the frame. The body looks good though he didnt paint one of my mirrors but said he would do it on a Saturday for free. A day after I got it back I noticed he only replaced one headlight even though he said he would replace both upon my initial payment for parts. He denied he ever said that but I have it in writing that he would. Also he cut one of my AC lines and another has cracks in it. Ive tried contacting him via text and calling but he is ignoring me now. I paid him the final amount when I picked it up but didnt notice the headlight difference until later that night and the AC until a day later. He hangs up when I try and call and wont respond to me even though he said he would paint the mirror. What Im most upset about is that he cut my AC line, didnt mention it to me, and now wont talk to me. He cut it so he needs to fix it. This whole process kept getting delayed and his communication is terrible. He didnt up date me once on my car during the 3 months without me contacting him first. I would advise against having him doing any work on the side. Or using this shop at all. If you need a shop try SVE Auto Body. Theyre also in Broomfield. Its going to cost me $580 to have the lines replaced or I can try and do it myself. And he charged me $80 for an alignment and it wasnt done correctly so I had to get it aligned again.

In November I moved to CO from IA, where I was used to my dad doing everything on my car. My very first snow storm out here I got rear ended and needed my bumper fixed. I am SO thankful I found Broomfield Auto Body. Robert is amazing! He is very friendly and treated me as if we had been friends for a long time! Recently, I have had more troubles with my car and the diagnosis wasnt something they could do in their shop so they referred me out and made sure I was taken care of. Broomfield Auto Body has been VERY reliable and true to their word. Theyre my dad away from home when it comes to my car!! HIGHLY recommended!

Very high quality work when asked for. They did a complete paint strip, repair, prime & paint, including color sanding on my BMW 2002 a few years ago. The results were excellent. They claimed the work was not show quality, but very difficult to see any defects. Took me a while to finish the car, but the results were wonderful. Easy to work with, clear process steps, great people.

The owner Robert is very nice and helpful. He was willing to go above and beyond with his service and I was very satisfied with the result. He was also very flexible and very patient by explaining to me what needed to be done. Additionally, he waited to pick me up after his business hours to get my car and I really appreciate that!

Terrible communication from Robert, never contacted insurance company, will blame me for his negligence. The car is being professionally repaired at another auto body shop, that worked well with insurance company and got things handled expertly and quickly. Worst experience ever 5-weeks of time wasted, and nothing done.

Did an amazing job on my car. They had to cut out part of the frame and weld a replacement in, but it is completely undetectable. The replacement door is indistinguishable from the original paint on the rest of the car. Fantastic customer service, friendly and competent.
