On monday 7/24/17 I dropped my car off at Service King located at 10325 Quivas St, Thornton, CO 80260. The body work had failed on my car when it was five star, so I worked with Rich and the regional manager to get my car in for warranty repairs. I struggled with Rich the manager to get a Japanese car as my rental, whom was not sure why PTSD was an issue to get a car that did not trigger me. After I got a car that worked I drove back to fort collins ( 2 hrs away). On Friday 7/28/17 I picked up my subaru at Service king. The paint match was great, but the truck lid, bumper and taillight fit was very poor! My car was vacuumed but not detailed and it smelled like clear coat. After Rich struggled to get the fit right he stated that it was as good as he could get it. I was an Audi/ Porsche auto body tech for 15 years so I know this was not right and ten minutes would fix it. I elected to take the car and am very disappointed! I spent an hour today, the taillights were not clipped in correctly and was missing a bolt on the left side. The bumper needed to be loosened and clipped in correctly. The gaps from trunklid to body and taillights were very tight when I picked it up. I adjusted the decklid and tailights and now the gaps are consistent and even top to bottom. I also noticed that my roof moulding were not attached. I removed them and discovered that the clips were not attached and broken. I will be ordering a clip kit on Monday and expect service king to reimburse me!! I also reattached the lower spash sheilds that were not attached and missing clips and replaced a light bulb that was out. This is all minor stuff that a quality control check should have caught and was not. When I picked up my car, I was not provided a final estimate of work and Rich seemed annoyed when i wanted to inspect the car with him. Service king did cover the repairs under warranty and the paint looks great but the final body fit was poor. For my first time using service king, it was not a pleasant experience. I have emailed service king and hope that we can get these issues resolved.

Horrible customer service and overall repair was a slop job. It was not 100% completed and they even damaged my vehicle and completely denied it. If you take pride in your vehicle do not take it here. They will tell you how they dont work for the insurance companies and will beat them up for the best repair possible but in the end the insurance company tells them what to do they use used parts that are damaged they replaced my window with a window full of scratches.

I had my car repaired after getting broadsided by another driver. It took about 2 weeks, had a rental so it was ok. When I got my car back, It looked like it never happened. Im estatic. They kept me in the loop all the time. Cannot say enough about the whole experiance. I would recomend them to anybody that wants a great job done. Keep up the good work guys !!!

From getting the estimate to the day I picked up my car, the whole experience was fantastic! Everyone I spoke to was polite and helpful.You cant even tell where the scratches were and the paint match is perfect! Car came back clean, inside and out! And not a penny over what they quoted!!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! TOOK MY VEHICLE IN FOR PAINT REPAIR WITH A WARRANTY TWICE ON THE SAME SPOT. THE REPAIR WAS NOT DONE EITHER TIME. I WAS TREATED VERY BADLY WHEN I EXPRESSED MY CONCERN WITH MY CAR POSSIBLY RUSTING BECAUSE THEY FAILED TO PROPERLY PAINT IT TWICE!!!
