No one enjoys having collision damage to their vehicle, but Thornton ABRA was fantastic! They completed the work ahead of schedule, and were in constant communication to update me on the status of my vehicle. ABRA really went out of their way to accommodate me and were very knowleadgable about working with my insurance company. My car looks as good as new-- even better than before the collision occured. They really went the extra mile to take care of a few other cosmetic damages to the car, for FREE. (As an added bonus, ABRA also has an Enterprise agent on-site to coordinate rental vehicles while repairs are being conducted.)Great customer service, great work on my car! What more could you ask for?

What ever you do do not go here they suck i have gone trough them 2 times and both times there has been problems with my car after they fixed my car then they towed my car and then tryed to charge me even tho the car crash was not my falt and they are the ones that mest up the very first time they mest up they said they did a safty check on my car and that it was fine and they fixed it two months latter i brought the car back in because the trunk did not shut right and they found out that the frame was twiked and then they still fixed it im pretty sure if i had the money i could sew them for all the harm done to my car

2005 Chevy Cavalier. Had estimate done, was told it would be repaired. Took 1 1/2 months to get in. Now I am being told it is a total loss! I asked 3 times, while I was there, if it was going to be repaired. I was told YES!. Not only that, after waiting 1 1/2 months, we get to the shop and were told that we were NOT on the schedule!!! I spent $450 on 2 new tires and a new windshield, the day I was told that it was going to be repaired! Now Im not only out that money, I am out a car! Terrible way to do business!

Worst communication I have ever encountered in a business! We left our vehicle with very minor body damage with them on a Wednesday morning and were told it would be ready on Friday. Two (2) WEEKS later we finally got our vehicle back. When WE called, not them, they would tell us our vehicle was in paint then theyd change their story and say it was still in prime and back and forth it went. We filed a formal complaint with our insurance company, USAA. .

ABRA Autobody has now helped with 2 of our car repairs. The ABRA repair process is thoroughly explained in the initial estimate. A date was set for repair the following week. Repair updates were received by text messages and phone calls. Enterprise was on site to issue a rental vehicle. Repairs were finished at the stated time and this shop went above and beyond to help with an unrelated minor repair. Outstanding customer service all around!

I dislike how they run their business, because they cannot get their cars repaired in a timely manner. Its been five weeks (and counting) since I had left my car to get repaired. They keep telling me false times to when the repair will be done. Their definition of "itll be done by today" is "itll NOT be done today, but maybe tomorrow or the next day."

I had been in a small accident and i went to abra and they got me scheduled quick for my repairs and they had it for a week. They emailed me and called to keep me updated on my car process. I picked my car up and looks brand new, looks like when i took it of the car lot. I really greatly appreciate them taking care of my car(which is my baby).

Wasnt my greatest experience with a body shop, but was far from the worst. They were very good at communication. The work had a few issues, but they took care of them no questions asked with a smile on their face. It took an extra week, but they were willing to make sure it was fixed correctly.

One little problem... after my truck was repaired, someone stole the battery out of my garage door opener! Manager defended his employees till the end. Lesson: DO NOT LEAVE ANY PERSONAL BELONGINGS IN YOUR VEHICLE WHEN GETTING SERVICED.

Awesome! Like brand new! Did an amazing job! My car wasnt in the shop for more than three days! The rental car I was given was very similar to my small SUV. I definitely will be going back for more work whenever I need it!

Horrible, horrible, horrible. Estimate 4-5 days for repair, took 3 weeks and no communication . Had to call to get update and every time, it will be a couple more days. Worse, they stole the $3 in change in the console.

Took them ONLY a week to fix my car. They had a rental waiting for me as I got there. I didnt even have to do paper work. They called me once a day to let me know how my baby was doing. 10/10 will go back if I have to.
