I took my daughters car to this repair shop because my insurance co normally works with them. And nothing really was wrong with the repair or the way it was handled. The work looks good and was done within the time frame they said it would (7-8 days). I picked up the car on 9/15. Thats when the problems started. They had to swap out one of the front tires to replace the damaged rim which was part of the estimate. In June 2017 i purchased 4 new tires for the car (see attachment). When i got the car back there were 2 different tires on the front of the car?? They were clearly worn and not the same tread pattern as the new back tires. I showed the manager who brought her mechanic to look at tires and he agreed they were not the same tires as the new back ones. We also looked at the original photos from the quote that showed a new tire on the front. They were clearly different. At that point both the manager and the mechanic started to back peddle and make as many excuses as you can think of. Ive attached photos for you to decide. In the pictures you will see the new tires and used ones. I took the car to Tires Plus where i bought the tires and they said they are definitely different and there is no way the tires could have worn that quickly (2300 miles). I sent picture to my Ins company and they agreed the tires are different. They are coming out to look for them selves too look so i will update. Im not sure what happened here but this auto body company is not trust worthy.

This CarStar was supposed to fix issues not fixed by another CarStar, but they couldnt seem to do that and in fact caused more damage to my vehicle. My accident happened in November 2015 and literally what I hope is the last repair happened in June 2016. They are simply a high volume, low quality repair joint with little regard for bringing a car to its pre-accident condition. 2 different CarStars tried and both failed miserably. Get quotes from more reputable repair shops and avoid any and all CarStars.....

Had our car repaired in Arvada. We experienced several delays that lead to wasted time and their lack of communication proved to be costly. Very complacent with our claim and repair. Made promises that cost us several hundred dollars and impacted a vacation we were taking. The work was satisfactory, however I feel confident that we can get the same work completed with a much better overall experience.

Had my car sent over with my insurance they didnt tell them they couldnt except it called them day of when tow truck driver called and said they wouldnt take it. I called them and a rude girl answers and acts like its my fault they couldnt tell my insurance anything. Poor communication and attitude think carefully when you choose them

My vehicle was not totaled, just back end damage to one side. They gave me an estimate of 13-15 days of repairs, they have now had my car for over 31 days and there is no end in sight. DO NOT USE THIS SHOP. Like a previous reviewer, my car has been in "paint" for two weeks.

I recently had some work done on my vehicle through an insurance claim. The staff at CARSTAR Arvada made the experience quite easy by having a rental ready for me, finishing ahead of schedule, and doing a great job. "Chad" was especially helpful through the whole process.

I felt extremely unwelcome at car star. The man who did my quote couldnt disguise his disliking for me. He talked down to me. My quote for replacing my rear bumper was much higher than the first auto body shop I went to as well. Take your money elsewhere!
