When I got in an accident my insurance company gave me a list of shops that they recommended with stars next to their top choices. I saw Northglenn Auto Body among the starred shops and I recognized the name because my girlfriends mom had just had a repair done on her car by them. I decided to go with them even though they werent the closest and they dont offer a loner car, which not many shops do. I gave them a call and they were booked for about a week and that made me not want to go there, but I figured most shops were going to be about the same as far as availability. I was surprised the next day with a phone call asking if it were possible to come in sooner given the fact that I had hood damage and my headlights were both damaged as well. I had job training, but the gentleman offered to come in early one day to take a look. He ended up keeping my car that day due to his concern with the drive-ability of the vehicle. They were in touch with my insurance company and made sure I was well informed every step of the way. The repairs took a good chunk of time since it seemed my insurance was taking their time in responding, but after they received the ok, the repair took about a week. That includes getting the parts shipped in and painted. Once again I received a call the day my car was done. Unfortunately I was at work but I immediately called them back and told them I wouldnt be able to pick the car up that night or the next day (since they were not open). The guy said he would be willing to come in on the day they were closed so I would have my car for the weekend. I offered to get it the following week but he simply refused because he insisted on me getting my car asap. All in all this was one of the best customer service experiences I have had. My car looked brand new. they cleaned and detailed the inside of my car as well as the outside. I also received a note on the passenger seat thanking me for my service and a little gift box with candy and an assortment of other things. Without question this is the shop to take your car to.

Our car was heavily damaged in an accident and we were facing a troubled time ahead. We started calling around to auto body shops and were very dissatisfied with the unfriendliness we received. We thought we would be stuck going to a "run of the mill" place that just wanted our money. Luckily, we found Northglenn Auto Body. They were very quick to give us an estimate and were very attentive to our personal needs. They genuinely cared about our situation. Scott (the owner) personally met with us to get to know our situation. Brian (one of the service writers) sat with us to explain how everything worked. Everyone there was very helpful and had smiles on their faces. The way that they operate is exactly what is needed when people face these unfortunate accidents. Thank you Northglenn Auto Body!

My wife was rear ended. We started looking for a auto body shop. This one popped up, turns out the insurance company had already called them, but they refused to look at our vehicle until the insurance company gave their uneducated guess. (some bone head walks in a circle around your car and low balls you... never drives, it, never sees that it doesnt steer properly after the accident, and then wants to give you $1500 for a bumper..) Anyway.. We were looking for a reputable place to get a proper estimate. This place doesnt want to do that, they only want to see how much they can get from the insurance company... Scam city auto... Stay far far away!!!!

Got in an accident a few months ago and was directed to them by my insurance and so glad they did. Excellent customer service! Being a demanding customer, they were very responsive and willing to communicate to me through my preferred method. They kept me posted on the status the repairs as well as the communication with the insurance company. Dealing with an accident they were able to provide me with peace of mind. On top of it they even came and picked me up to I could get my vehicle the same day it was done. Im very impressed with Northglenn Auto Body and have been referring my friends here. Five stars and two thumbs up!

I was quoted 4 days & it only took them roughly half that time to fix my front bumper; they did an excellent job. Customer service was great, I dont know what displeased the people who wrote negative reviews on here. They drove me to work when I dropped my car off & picked me back up to get it when it was done. I planned to vacuum my car once I got it back but they had already done so. Both the inside and outside of my car were clean. Very friendly staff, clean office, quick, and trustworthy. Id highly recommend this place & highly recommend ignoring the bad reviews. Some people are just never satisfied I suppose...

I was entirely satisfied with my visit to Northglenn Auto Body. I was in an accident that damaged the exterior of my car. The repairs were done faster than promised, the job was professional, and Brian helped set proper expectations from my very first visit. I received an email every day with status updates and progress reports, which was really nice to know what was going on. I felt very confident that this crew would get the job done in a professional manner, and I was right. I will be back for any future needs, and would highly recommend them to anyone needing auto body repairs.

You will not find better service, period! Scott and his son went out of their way to ensure I felt I was the only customer who mattered to them. They were thorough, understanding, and professional every step of the way. The work was impeccable and follow through on the end was detailed as well. They wouldnt allow me to pay until I had taken a test drive and given it my full seal of approval. I honestly dont know what they could have done to have improved on the experience. I cant tell you how much we appreciate theses guys. Thanks for taking such good care of us!

A truck had left lug nut scratches on the drivers side door of my 2015 Honda Civic (see photo). A friend at work referred me me to Northglenn Auto Body. The guys at Northglenn were very easy to work with. The repair was done within the time frame and within the estimate. I am impressed by the quality of the repair. It really looks good. Plus my car was returned washed, vacuumed, and the interior had been wiped clean. Very appreciative of their professionalism. I will use Northglenn Auto Body again and would recommend them to all my friends.

Ive known about this place for some time. But unfortunately today I finally needed their services. I walked in without an appointment and had the pleasure of meeting Jed. I had a small dent on my car that needed fixed, and much to my surprise, they fixed it while I waited! I was pleasantly surprised to say the least! I didnt expect that. It took maybe 20 minutes to complete. I highly recommend this place. Needless to say, Im a very happy customer! Thanks guys for doing an excellent job and having outstanding customer service!
