I have been on a Road Trip or Walkabout for the past couple of years. In a matter of speaking..."Ive been places and seen things and been things and seen places." Mae West And so has my car...an 02 Envoy. She has nearly 250,000 miles on her. I have been sent across the desert with a new battery...and my alternator was what was wrong. I have been given lots and lots of oil...when my oil pump... then my engine blew up...Sadly bad advise and bad service and being taken advantage of is almost what I expect :( Recently my car, Christine (dont ask ;) ) and I were rear-ended by a young man with no front teeth and no insurance. In California, before the police care to be called...someone needs to be injured...In Colorado...just call! Needless to say...said man came through with no help. Frazzeled...at the suggestion of a friend, I called Karas. They and my insurance company, Farmers, Made it happen! Not only was I treated like a queen...my Christine was made to look like she did years ago for a price I could live with. Thank You Mike and Brenda and Josh of Karas Auto Body. I trust you and would return....God Willing I never will need to! I am heading up to the mountains where Christine and I are going to deliver overflow Christmas mail...Miz Santa and her Chairot, Christine! Happy Holidays! I have actually had 2 different experiences with Karas Auto Body. I had wrecked my car on Christmas Day of 2014... When working with my insurance, I had decided to go to the one that Ive seen on Pearl St. for as long as I can remember. Always had nice cars outside. Very busy. Granted the circumstances the did very well to make sure that I stayed in the loop when it came to what the damage was, what it would take to fix it, and the time they would need to make sure it was done right. I was very pleased with my car when I got it back, and felt it better than before, as I drive an older vehicle. Fast forward to now, and I had a nasty collision in my same car. I took it back to the pros, only to arrive at a much larger facility, and an appropriately staffed work space, with very kind familiar faces, and just as engaged new ones. Whenever I needed to call, if who I was calling for was unavailable, the others were very willing and able to assist me. I was very proud to see how their business has grown over such a short time. And it can certainly be attributed to their excellent customer service, kind, family friendly atmosphere, with the utmost professionalism. You can rest assured that you and your vehicle are in good hands. I highly recommend them for any of your auto body needs! Great people to work with, accompanied by quality work!

Karas Auto Body was awesome! Kelsey and Josh were the ones who helped me through the whole process and they made everything go so smooth. They dealt directly with my insurance agent, even when they were making things harder than it needed to be, Kelsey called them directly and got it all straightened out. Kelsey got me all squared away with my rental, the only thing I had to do was show up and she had everything taken care of. They did an awesome job with my repairs and they were very quick with getting my car in and repaired. Other places couldnt get my car in for almost 3 weeks and Karas got me in in a few days. They were done repairing my car before another place was able to even get my car in for repairs. They turned a very stressful situation in to a very positive situation. Their customer service is hands down the best service I have received In a long time. I will be definitely be going back for any car repairs and I will refer them to all my friends and family. Thanks Karas you guys are AWSOME!!

I have a 370z that had a damaged hood from some super corrosive bird poop. The hood needed to be stripped, primed, painted, and cleared (Full repair from scratch). This is a pretty high end car and my baby, so I wanted it to be perfect. I also have done body work on an amateur basis and know enough about it to catch most mistakes a body shop will make. The repair took 2 business days, so it was relatively fast. It would be hard to do it any quicker, considering the cure times involved before they added a clear bra to my car. I showed up and looked it over... and it was PERFECT! The color was a perfect match. Ive looked in many different angles and cant catch a visible difference. They also did an awesome job on wet sanding and buffing the hood. The finish looked like glass, with not one bit of orange peel. Karas did a perfect job on my Z. Perfect paint match, no flaws in or under the base/clear, quick turn around, very fair pricing too. I give them two thumbs up and A++++!

So, they have a pretty long wait list. It took about 5 weeks to get my car in to fix some bumper damage and a window. Also, I was told it would be a 3 day job and when I called on the 3rd day, they hadnt started yet because they were trying to communicate with the insurance company. That wouldve been nice to have someone call and let me know that, or give me my car back until they made contact with the insurance company. It ended up taking 2 weeks to complete the job. Also, they were about to charge me 200 dollars for labor on taking tape off of the window... and they wouldnt have told me unless I asked, so thank goodness I asked. Thats something I can do myself. BUT Im rating it 3 stars because the finished product was good as new and the receptionist was very helpful and nice and remembered my name! Also, when my window was acting up again, they fixed it at no charge, and offered to fix it again if it acts up again.

If I could I would give them a 10 star review!!! They did a AMAZING!!!! Made my car back to being beautiful!!!! Not only that but the service was INCREDIBLE!!! I also needed a rental and didnt have enough to cover the deposit for it and they covered it for me!!! when I was ready to turn in the car they needed to be reimbursed from the insurance company for me to get my car back it took forever to get ahold of the adjuster and after all day trying the manager Mike finally got ahold of her and they got there reimbursement. We were trying for 2 weeks trying to get ahold of her and they did!!! They really really really helped me out!!! I am truly THANKFUL so GRATEFUL and EXTREMELY APPRECIATED!!!!! THANK YOU MIKE AND JOSH AND MICHELLE FOR ALL YOUR HARD AMAZING WORK!!!!!!!!!!!!

Last month I was in my 1st accident, 1st time dealing with my insurance and completely stressed. I called a couple Auto Body shops and got the run around. I called Karas and they told me to come in the same day and explained to me how the process works including my options (that my insurance didnt even explain!) to make sure I wasnt taken advantage of. They were definitely an advocate FOR me when working with my insurance. Everyone in the shop was super friendly and even drove me up to Enterprise for my rental which they didnt have to do! They communicated with me throughout the repair process with constant updates. I now have my beautiful car back and honestly couldnt be happier! My car looks brand new - looks better than before I was in the accident!!
