Maybe its just the carrier, but several times a week we receive other peoples mail meanwhile missing mail that was expected. The carrier left a note asking to not write on the envelope, but last time it wasnt indicated the mail was left in the box. Also we were asked to put up another mail box (as 3 households share 1) because they get paid by the box. Several months later, it still hasnt been used. Its being taken down now.

They have been rude to my wife and myself. They treat us like we have no idea how track packages online. According to our online tracker, they accepted a package from Amazon. My wife went in personally and I called a few days after. The have no clue where it is. The package is at least 40 inches wide. So, i dont know how the hell they could lose something like that.

Service super friendly.... hardly a line ever... took us 15 minutes to get passport papers in... totally worth the drive after going to BRIARGATE and being treated like a piece of junk.
