We have been coming there for a few years all the time to ship stuff for my business. Today my husband took my daughter there because she wanted to get a sucker. She has been going through a lot, is 2 years old and was having a meltdown because she hadnt napped and had a really hard day (personal reason). The cashier had the nerve to tell my husband, "I dont have any suckers and if I didnt, I wouldnt give one to her." He thought she was kidding and she said, "Im serious!" Wow! A 2 year old throwing a fit is nothing new. We have spent THOUSANDS shipping from this office and she had the nerve to say that without even knowing what was going on? We are NEVER going there again and I am going to file a complaint with supervisors.

Went into the Falcon post office the other day and was greatly disappointed. The staff was very rude and made me feel dumb for asking questions. They werent friendly at all and I felt like they didnt value me as a customer and wanted to rip me off. I recommend the Postal Annex right across the street next to the Safeway, those guys are nice and helpful. Never coming to the US Post Office in Falcon ever again.

This post office is a little bit odd. It is actually in the back of the bank (go in the bank doors and head toward the back). The line is never long (even during the holidays). It is in and out service at its finest.
