After purchasing a home in a subdivision that has mail box centers, I found out the key didnt work on our box. So I called the post office and talked w/ Stacey I believe was her name. Anyway, she informed me I need to come down and ask for it to get re-keyed. She was very polite and explained the process well. So the next day I went down to the post office and was pleasantly surprised at the lack of a wait in line as I got there after 5pm. I spoke w/ Tony who helped me get the form completed and put in a special request to the carrier on my route (Karl) to pull out what is in our mailbox now and leave at the post office until the re-key was done so we could get what was in there now. The next day I called around 10am and spoke w/ Stacey again and wanted to make sure Karl got the note. She put me on hold for about 30 seconds and when the phone picked back up it was Karl. He confirmed receiving all the information and even asked if someone would be at the house today as he would grab what is in our box and stop by our house, which would save us a trip to the post office . AMAZING!!! This is not what I was expecting and unfortunately had to turn down this wonderful offer as no one was going to be home. The whole reason Im writing this review is because I believe my experience w/ the staff at the post office was not an anomaly in service, as it came off so genuine and natural for them. They truly wanted to help me and make sure that my pain was minimal. My hope is that more people send out positive vibes and thoughts, and take the time to share those in a quick post. As it will continue to add a reminder to the men and women at the post office, that what they do makes a positive impact in our communities! P.S. Not everyone will have a positive experience I understand and people make mistakes. However, before you write a post about it, make a call and reach out to the management. Give them an opportunity to make a wrong into a right, and regardless of the outcome good or bad...please post it and share w/ us all the results. Thanks!

If you arrive on time, great, but if youre so much as 10 minutes BEFORE the hour they closed, GOD HELP YOU. There was another Man standing there looking baffled saying "I know theyre closed, but I just had a question.." Finally, I took 1 package out of 4 to the machine and got the only postage I could for that day since it was apparent they wouldnt help me out at all. That was at exactly 5:32 only two minutes after closing time which means every way they didnt help me, and treated me like crap, was on business time. I stormed out of there feeling completely frustrated, angry, and humiliated. If it was as simple as using the automated machine, I wouldnt have put myself in that situation to begin with. This is the second time that theyve done this, the first time I arrived at 5:27 and they were pulling the gate down as I stood there literally running through the door. THIS IS RIDICULOUS.

Have been dealing with this post office for nearly 2 years because that is where my companys post office box is located. If Tony is not the one running the counter, you can forget getting in/out in a reasonable time. I went in today to get a Priority Mail flat rate box, went to the counter (I was the only one there) and asked for tape, and I was handed Scotch tape! Obviously that isnt going to hold the box together! When I just looked at her, I was informed that they could SELL me packing tape for $3.50. Um, no. Apparently this is a new development since Monday, and they will no longer be offering packing tape for the boxes THEY sell! Seriously annoyed! When asked if I could print a priority label from work to send, I was informed "No". So now I will have to do this all again TOMORROW just so I can mail out one stupid package.

I usually dont rate place but this post office is the worse!!!!! My mail is constintly sent to other addresses and I constintly get other peoples mail. My sons Christmas present is lost right now. Kathy who works here is very unprofessional and I understand they must be busy with the holidays but thats no reason to hang up on a costumer!!!! So I called the other office even though they are not over my house address they were able to tell me that my package was scanned delivered a few houses down from me. I wish downtown greeley post office was mine!!!!

Anytime I call this branch to have something dealt with. I get Stacey on the phone. She is always rude, condescending, purposely unhelpful and generally bad at her job. Ive made many complaints to USPS about this branch but nothing ever changes. If you ever have to deal with Stacey you will have to be as rude to her as she is to you because unfortunately its the only way to get her to do anything. Other employees are a lot more helpful and courteous, even if they cannot always completely solve your problem.

I spent 4 days waiting for the office to call me back each night without any follow up only to call for a final time and have them confirm that their employee had lost my package. I was then told to file a "theft" claim online which im sure is an umbrella to cover their week long incompetance. The package was very important which I repeatedly told several employees. I wish the issue could have been resolved better but after this experience I wish even more now that I had a different carrier.

really bad experience!! everytime i have a packet it either lost or is not deliver on time !!! its not untill i go in the office and ask for manager that they find my packet. If you call, then you are in for a 20 min wait with a very rude person on the other line!!! Very unprofecionall and rude!! My last packet was an important one and the bod looked like some had sat on it.. Just horrible service. they just need get new staff who actually want to be there and assist customers!!

I live in a mobile home park and almost every time I order something theres always some sort of a problem. 9 Times out of 10 my package isnt left in the locker, but instead taken back to USPS for me to go and sign for it, or is taken to the office in my mobile park, on the rare chance they do leave it in a locker, the keys they leave in my mail box are never numbered and are in really poor condition.

I had a package that I needed urgently, got two day shipping, and the day they delivered it they put it in a parcel box but they never put the key to the parcel box in my mail box. Its not two day shipping if I cant get to it Edit: The day after I called them explaining what happened and they were kind and able to help, not excusing what happened, but they were willing to fix the mistake.
