This place sucks! Every time I go its busy out the damn door! I only stopped here today at 9:22 am and even though the door says they open at 9 am they have a make shift sign on the door saying sorry will open later...ok so no matter what I cant win. The parking lot didnt seem busy so I figured I lucked out and I would have time to send a certified letter I really really need to send off but no, and then theres no indication of when they might open, but hey I guess that explains why they werent busy when I passed by in hopes. I just dont get it! I wind up going to the one on Peoria! This one has a line up to the door, the one on Peoria, usually 1-2 people in front of me like for real. I live like right next to this one but its definitely not my post office of choice.

These 2 guys here -Mike & John- NOT nice. Mike gets so frustrated with his customers. Ive stood in line (looooooooong line), more than once, and watched how he has no patience- especially with the elderly (sad)- when God forbid they push the wrong keys on the keypad while swiping their card. He is just rude. They dont even care if the line is out the door- they will just have one guy at the desk helping customers while the other stands in the back sorting boxes. Unfortunately this is the closest post office to where I live and sometimes I have no choice but to use them. If youre expecting a quick wait time and friendly, professional customer service, save your time- choose an alternate location.

It is a gov. ran postal service folks, lets keep things in perspective. For government Workers they are standard, not friendly, but they do get the job done. I have only had to wait a really long time at this location once. Other times I have been taken care of rather quickly (10min.) Thats awesome for u.s post offices! If you are looking for great service just.pay the extra bucks at the mail room across the street next to king soopers or go to a ups store. I always go there when I have the money and no time to waste. I use the u.s postal service when Im feeling cheap and have hours to burn.

At noon, I paid for a letter overnight to Texas. I paid extra for the letter to arrive by 10:30 am. It took THREE DAYS. I tried calling them to ask about a refund but they dont answer the phone. So I call the national USPS customer service number. They look up my tracking and sat I can get a refund but I have to fill out some form at the original USPS office. Well. That sucks because the lines are long, the hours suck, and the staff are unhelpful. Save your money and mind — use UPS or FedEx.

this place is the worst usps location - they got these two old fat fvcks overthere working the counter always complaining about how usps is laying them off and they should be laid off - slow lazy inefficient - as typical as it gets for unionized government staff - the absolute worst usps location - packages missing times to times and no one has any clues at all

Contrary to what the other comments may say, this location is actually still open, but not on Saturdays. The staff here is the most friendly postal workers I have ever seen. I do wish they were open on Saturdays, but as someone who works from home I often have to mail things. I am always amazed by their great attitudes and efficiency in helping the customers.

Huge line and they dont give you free tape to wrap your packages. Checked the price of the tape and decided it wasnt worth waiting in line so I left. As I left the worker yelled at me for "stealing the tape", which I clearly didnt. Terrible place and even worse workers.

I originally rated this location very low because it was never open. Im not sure if that was my fault or theirs, but since then, Ive been in a few times... Its not the fastest post office Ive been to, but its very conveniently located for me.

I would rate zero stars if I could. Per my tracking, my mail was undeliverable even though the address is correct. I called to see what was going on but they never, ever answer the phone. It just rings until it beeps and hangs up on you.

Cant be bothered to even answer the phone. Just keep letting that thing ring. I hope it annoys the crap out of you. And I have a missing package, but I cant check on it without going there in person because they dont answer the phone.

Opens Monday to Friday at 9am ... Its 9:15am and office is closed no sign of enployees. Just wasted time and money to get here and they cant even open on time. So unprofessional.
