This is the WORST "post office" in Douglas County. On numerous occasions I have been quoted prices that arent fair or accurate for what I was actually mailing. I mail a lot of the same thing over and over, so I know what the post office in Castle Rock and also off of Quebec charge and this place is always higher. Today I was attempting to mail a large envelope. The envelope had a small booklet and was less than half an inch thick. I mailed the same thing to the exact same address out of the Castle Rock post office last Friday. I was charged $3.25. Today I was quoted over $6.00 and he typed in the dimensions of 1 inch for thickness. I told him the package wasnt an inch thick and that large envelopes could be up to 3/4 inch thick. I also pulled out my receipt from last week. He said that wasnt accurate and that the price was what he quoted. I dont think so... I will never go back here again. They are terrible and unwilling to discuss anything with you.

Needs a giant sign on the door saying NOT A REAL POST OFFICE before people waste half an hour in line for a USPS MONEY ORDER at a building that says UNITED STATES POST OFFICE... They sell T-Shirts and coffee mugs and bottled water and wireless headphones (seriously! WTF) but not postal money orders. Its apparently a "contractor post office" which means a GIFT SHOP that will also take your mail. Dont waste your time here.

This store is the perfect summarization of everything that is wrong with the United States Postal Service. Lady behind the counter kept messing up my order 4 or 5 different times and then had the gall to tell me she couldnt finish my transaction because there was a line of people waiting and I had been up at the counter for long enough. Horrible customer service and I will not be coming back here ever again.

I have never posted a negative Google review until now. I have used this place for a couple of years because the Highlands Ranch Post Office is always so crowded. I have endured the rudeness of the clerk and the ineptitude of their service, just to avoid the wait at HRPO, but that ended yesterday. There is no excuse for how unprofessional the employees conduct themselves.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Gene from this store has the worst customer service! He is so rude and does not care about helping anyone. He yells at customers and has made ladies leave the store crying. This place is so unprofessional! DO NOT GO HERE!!!

I find the staff very friendly and efficient. I guess contrary to other reviews, I recommend using this facility. Fast lines and all the packing materials you may meed.
