I live and work in this Post Offices service area. The mail carriers (home and office) are friendly and efficient. I frequently go to the office to mail packages or use the certified mail service. The front counter staff is friendly, courteous, helpful and uber-efficient. They will suggest a better, faster or cheaper way of sending a package or other mail and offer other useful information. The line is sometimes long, especially in the last hour of the day and during the two weeks before Christmas, but it usually moves pretty quickly. Once I had a huge pile of business mail to put stamps on, and closing time was approaching. The clerk responsible for locking the front door realized I might not finish in time, and instead of just warning me I might have to come back later, he came over to help me get the stamps on all of the remaining envelopes so that I could take my mail up to the counter, the staff could take it to the back and finish up, and the lobby door could be locked on time. I really appreciated that amazing customer service!

If only there were zero stars. The attitude of the employees is abhorrent. I asked if I could use some tape and I was told that there wasnt any tape available - even though a roll of tape was visible. They reluctantly gave me the tape and after I taped up my box, the employee then said, "Two people behind you purchased tape...do you feel bad about that???" I dont need a lecture about tape. This is the first time I have encountered someone unwilling to help with tape. Every other post office has been helpful and friendly and at least has tape available for like a quarter. I just dont understand the negative attitudes and the poor customer service. Granted we all have bad days, but the ridicule and mockery was above and beyond.

Apparently Teri the "manager" doesnt have time for customers and decides to just hang up on them. Literally, she hung up on me after I requested to speak to her supervisor. I called to put a package they had received on hold. Terri told me to call the "1-800" number (which I had just spent 45 minutes on hold with no resolution) because she "wasnt about to go digging" to find a package. USPS wonders why they have poor customer service rankings, they can start by looking at the leadership they appoint at the greenwood village post office.

Wish I could give zero stars. Customer service is absolutely horrible; changed my address and this post office was in charge of forwarding - never received any mail. Finally had to cancel that change of address order and create a new one - forwarding to a new address. The carrier said he had been delivering mail to the correct address, I didnt receive any mail for 25 days. Horrible, horrible, horrible, sad this is our only option to receive mail.

Our normal mail carrier - Bill is awesome, but the idiots in sorting here or his replacements who help when he has a day off constantly lose our stuff. More than three times in the last month weve had problems and the supervisors at the dayton facility cant explain it. Bill - youre ok dude -- you saved my chicks engagement ring from being lost last year, but your co-workers are the most incompetent bunch of idiots ever. USPS SUCKS!!!!

Im not sure what were celebrating today but its after 6 p.m. and theres no sign of the mail carrier for my block. Some folks get morning mail, others lunch-time mail, some afternoon mail, and it looks like were on the after dinner delivery. The mail continues to arrive at a late hour. Any chance we can have someone else help this letter carrier? Maybe divvy up the route so we receive our mail in a timely fashion? Thank you.

Twice now my address has been listed as "Undeliverable" and they immediately sent my packages back to the seller. The first time I called to find out why, I was told my "address is too long and wont print on the label." The second time I was told "No one lives at that address." Ive already changed my address with USPS. Its been a while, and I dont know why they havent updated anything, yet.

Horrible post office. I know USPS doesnt have a stellar reputation but the woman I dealt with was just plain vile. Extremely unhelpful in two trips I made to the post office to try and pick up a package (even when I called beforehand to confirm it was there) and then hung up on me when I tried to call the next day to sort out the issue. Avoid this place if you can.

Terrible parking, generally over all terrible experience. Tried to pick up a package that was literally in the next room and employees didnt even try to help me. So little effort from the employees mixed with the zero flexibility in the system gave me a horrible experience. In the future I will pay to not have to deal with the buffoons at this place.

Treated like an idiot at the post office. Had packages that were delivered to work and ended up being scolded by the postal worker for having them delivered to work. Didnt realize if my work allows me to have personal packages delivered to work, that the post office had a say. Keep your opinions to yourself and do your job.

My mail carrier puts mail into my mail box and flips the door to close the box. The door falls back open and the carrier drives away with mail inside my box and the door wide open. It happens weekly, and Ive left notes. If this worker wasnt union protected hed be looking for another job. August 2011

Always long lines. Government employee attitudes...like we should be glad they are even there at all! Employees seem to take breaks during peak periods, making it worse. Why cant they figure out basic customer service??

Excellent customer service experience today. When I called Andy quickly helped me track down my package, explained why there were issues delivering, and quickly sent someone else out to deliver it after 5 pm.

Too lazy to walk up some stairs to drop off my packages. So they just leave a "sorry we missed you". If you cant do your job, quit. Have 4 other packages that havent updated for a week or more.

Called up USPS. They said my packages were at the post office and hadnt made it on the truck. Called the office, and they had no idea where my packages were. They lost not one, but two packages.
