3/28/2017 Update - This post office has lost ANOTHER package. Ive never had this many issues with a post office in my life. I moved to a neighborhood that this post office covers earlier this year. Ever since then weve had lots of issues with our mail. Any time we get letters that have any kind of thickness they come with holes in the side or theyve been opened all the way (and put into a plastic bag). Theyve failed to deliver several packages while claiming the packages were delivered, they claim that my mail receptacle is blocked when it clearly was not, theyve claimed that theyve come by my door and I wasnt home when I waited all day for them to ring my doorbell, and they wont pick up my phone calls. This place is horrible and needs to be shut down and replaced. To add to this Ive received my neighbors mail, including packages, multiple times. I even get mail for people that live in other neighborhoods. These people cant read numbers or words, its absurd. Edit: I finally got a hold of someone at this post office. I told them I need to look up a package and the guy said "Holdon, let me switch computers so I can look up your tracking number." He put me on hold for TEN MINUTES before I finally hung up. This place is worthless.

I purchased a product from Amazon and it was shipped to my local post office who delivers our mail. After thoroughly checking the status of "track my package" it said that my package had been delivered in or around my mailbox at 4:20 pm Friday 12/4/2015. Okay perfect...right? NOT! I go outside, check my porch, check my mailbox, ask my neighbors, ask my family, etc. NO ONE HAS SEEN IT.. I even gave the benefit of the doubt and checked the wreath on my front door, to no luck, it wasnt there. So i had thought that maybe someone stole the package. Then i checked my track my package again and notice a little issue with the delivery. It said it was delivered to your address in Brighton, CO 80601... But theres a problem with that... MY ADDRESS IS HENDERSON, CO 80640. CLEARLY YOU SENT IT TO THE WRONG PLACE. Ill be coming to your location tomorrow. If my package is not there, your supervisors and your online customer service will be hearing about this. I WILL BE REFUNDED MY MONEY OR YOU CAN GO AND OUTRIGHT BUY ME A NEW PRODUCT. Go screw with your OWN lives, not those you deliver to.

Horrible. About 4 or 5 times have I gotten a neighbors mail and package, my house number is the same as theirs, but there home is located a couple blocks away with a completely different name, Balor Ct and Stable Ct. They even got multiple mail items of mine as well, and we both had to drive back and forth to delivery each others mail before we finally called and complained about it. So far it hasnt happened since but that is ridiculous! The latest development is that I tracked a couple of my packages that were scheduled for delivery today, I saw online that it said that my packages were undeliverable because there was no secure location to leave the package! Which is complete BS! I have a good 15 feet of front porch! Not to mention I have been getting packages all week from UPS and Fedex because I ordered most of my christmas shopping online without any incidents. Online it also says that I was left a notice with instructions on how to redeliver and/or pick up at the post office, guess what, no notice!

I had a package that was suppose to be delivered to my house in River Run, well it never showed up as their record indicates it did, when I was home all day waiting for it....hmm, and dealing with this post office to find my package or to resolve what could have happened has been a dead end. No accountability whatsoever. First, no one ever answers the phone, and when I finally got the branch manager on the phone he flat out told me that the post office is no guarantee and I can write a complaint but that is not going to do anything because all the staff is protected by the union, and his mailman on my route is the best he has, and I can go check with my neighbors if I want. I will not have anything delivered to my home by USPS any more. I will need to use FedEx if I want my package to simply arrive, and not suffer the hardship of having to loose personal and sentimental items.

Not happy with this post office! Been here in Brighton area for about 4 years now. Deliveries used to come around 12:30 p.m. on our street-pretty much on time, but lately we are getting mail delivered at 6:30 at night! Also, the mail person was frantically rushing around our street on this past Sunday night around 5:30 p.m. driving like mad to one house then turn around and rushing on to another back and forth. What is going on? I was waiting on a package yesterday and it never showed up in the mailbox at 6:30 p.m. when the other mail was delivered, and then at 8:15 last night on my phone a text came in saying for that package the receptacle was blocked! Our mail box was never blocked, and even if it was, the person delivering the mail usually comes up and puts the package on the front porch area.

Filed a Change of Address prior to our July 23rd move. Our mail is still being sent to our old home address, where the buyers of our home are having to write on the envelope, "Moved", or "No Longer At This Address". Clearly, our Brighton CO Post Office has failed to stop our mail prior to being delivered to our old address, and redirect it to our new address here in Jacksonville, FL. I called the USPS 1-800 phone number to complain about this continuing problem. First call got hung up on. Second call, put on hold after asking to speak to someone in Customer Service. Finally spoke to a CSR and told them about our problem. A case file number was assigned to address our complaint. We now hope the problem will be corrected.

... I ordered something on line, According to my e-mails it said It had been delivered to my home, When I went to the post office to ask what had happen to my order, they said they had to talk to the carrier, because according to there notes it had been delivered they got my number and said they would call back, and yes it had been delivered but to the wrong house thank God for the good neighbors I have and returned it to me, its been over two weeks and still no call. They can atleast call me to let me know they dont know what happen to my delivery and things I can do, or at least call me for me to let them know I got it from my neighbor..

The most stupid post office I have ever had to deal with. Constantly delivering the wrong mail to the wrong house on a 4 house dead end street....Really? And then they use our street as a drag strip after their last delivery. I had one girl run her truck into the ditch and nearly into my fence and get stuck, I had to tow her out with my truck. Constantly getting packages that dont belong to me and they are delivered by throwing them in the corner of my yard. This has just happened in the last few months, Jesus...What happened to the mail lady we had before???? She was very nice and respectful? I didnt have a choice for zero stars!!!!!
