I would give zero stars, if I could. Ive NEVER had issues with the USPS until moving to this area. Weve lived here for only 4 months, and they have lost our mail/packages at least 6 times that we know of. 1 was my new debit card, which I found out only when my bank let me know it was returned as Address Does Not Exist. Magically, the 2nd one they sent to the same, exact address arrived at this "non-existent address. 2 packages from Amazon were also returned as a non-existent address. Keep in mind we were getting other mail, INCLUDING other packages from Amazon at this same address at that time. Three OTHER packages from Amazon were just straight up lost. Tracking says Delivered, but we never recieved any of them and had to get a refund. And our whole experience started with them telling us our mailbox key would be ready in 1 week after moving here. 2.5 weeks and multiple visits/complaints later, and we FINALLY got our key. Fat lot of good it did, when we dont get our mail anyway. I will be taking my day off tomorrow to go down to the Post Office to complain YET AGAIN, and try to get something done to keep this from happening to me over and over. No wonder the Postal Service is losing (our) money. With branches like this, I will be sending everything I can through UPS or FedEx instead.

Every Monday without fail, when the replacement for my usual guy is enjoying his day off, my mail is mishandled. Packages are claimed to be out for delivery and never get delivered. This especially happens when there is already a package in the box and the deliverer is too lazy to walk my package to my door (which is maybe 20 feet from the box). Or my package is delivered to the wrong individual. The same can be said about standard mail or my personal favorite my Christmas cards! I also noticed that the Monday runners are not using the actual USPS truck but what appears to be their own vehicles which is unsettling in its self. I understand my normal postal deliverer deserves a two day weekend just like everyone else but I never have issues when he delivers just on Mondays. Fix your crap USPS because Im extremely fed up with you messing with my mail!

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Literally the worst post office I have ever dealt with. 3 months ago they delivered a package to the wrong address and they admitted they did this.. I have done everything they asked to file a claim to be reimbursed and yet they just cant get it right and they keep putting it off. I call them every couple weeks to check up and every time I talk to James. He always seems surprised that it hasnt been taken care of and then he says something about how he will look into it or send the paperwork again. Now he is looking for the number so I can just call the claims office myself, when a couple weeks ago he said I had to go through him for everything. They have wasted so much of my time and I am so irritated at what a lack of intelligence and integrity these people have. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

Delivery driver said they attempted to deliver my mail. My surveillance camera shows otherwise. What it actually shows is the mailman driving down the street and doing a u-turn and driving right back up the street. Also, the driver failed to leave an attempted delivery note, of which I should have used to reschedule the supposed attempted delivery. However I contacted Amazon directly and let them reschedule the delivery. If my package is not here tomorrow, I will be calling the police department to report the stolen items. The were items I ordered from Amazon, and yes they had tracking numbers on them. Doesnt appear to matter much if the delivery driver is dishonest. I suggest you put an Im too lazy to walk button for a customer response.

This is a small post office and generally easy to get in and out. However, we have had more issues with our mail here than I have in my entire life. Three of my packages were misdelivered to the wrong address. Fortunately they were honest people and brought them to my door. Several neigh or have received MY bills and I receive my neigh or bills. I have a package that shows a tracking status of delivered from 2 weeks ago yet no package has been delivered to me. I constantly receive mail for past residents who HAVE submitted change of address forms. It appears that this office is poorly managed.

Thanks for stealing my 80 dollar headphones!!! Its real funny how it was delivered friday but no key was in my box. So, you either put the key in the wrong box or took it for yourself!!! I had to call THREE days before I finally got an answer, which really wasnt an answer! I will get my money back if the package was insured, but we all know packages from amazon DONT have insurance on them, dont you?! Its amazing how yall get away with being negligent or stealing. How dont you know where you put the key? and HOW do you put it in the wrong BOX????

Great post office, I dont know why so many people complain about this post office regarding their personal mailbox and not getting mail on time. your mail could have been lost anywhere between origin and destination and if someone steals your mail then they cant control that either. as far as the building itself, they are great when sending packages, and are always helpful if you are confused. though In the past 3 years, twice they have given me someone elses mail in my box by mistake, but other than that they do a fantastic job

Horrible cant even deliver the correct mail to my address. Moved in over 3 months ago, did change of address and everything correctly and still my mail is lost and they wont deliver my mail. Very unhappy with them. Ive tried calling multiple times and have never talked to anyone. The only way to talk to someone is to go inside and wait in line to be told there is nothing they can do. Which is hard enough in the first place since I had surgery 3 days ago and I can drive myself there. Very very poor service

This is insane how they do not give you your packages and nothing is done. Im missing hundreds of dollars worth of items Ive ordered that they scanned and said they delivered that I never received. Nothing had ever been done about it and theres no reason for it. I have a locked mailbox. So the only ones with access to my mail area my house hold and my mail woman. Sad how they didnt fix the problem and yet again Im out of money, items, checks, boxes and they scanned saying they gave me my items

This place is a joke. I went through the motions of getting a key for my house I moved to, like everyone does. I was told come back in a couple days after 3pm and itll be waiting. I showed up and waited 2 hours to be told they didnt do it yet.... Only reason this gets 1 star (besides thats the lowest you can get it) is that they are having someone come out after hours to get my lock keyed for me. No apology by the way...customer service could use some work.
