Worst experience EVER !! I make custom jewelry, I mailed my order from this post office (due to its close to my house) well my customer never got their package which meant I lost out, had to remake it. I paid for tracking that would get emailed to me (which I never received) I spoke with the post office and was informed there was nothing I could do.. I will from now on go to the site at Austin Bluffs. They are much friendlier !

Never a long line when I go in in the mornings. It is a slight inconvenience you have to spend $5 to use a debit or credit card but its a small business so it doesnt bother me too much I understand. Employees are always friendly and Ive never had an issue here! Much better than the post office on Galley

So normally, this is the best post office I know. I send everything out through them. The ladies are amazing, always have smiles on. But today, I went in the gentleman sitting behind the counter was too busy to help me. Then I explained what I needed and he was super rude and hes the owner.

I use them all the time since I work from home a lot. Much better than any post office in Colorado Springs. They are always polite and prompt. Their level of service is great. Carefree is the name of the street theyre on, but it really describes how I feel when I use them.

This was the best USPS experience Ive ever had! They were so friendly & helpful, even when I brought in things to be packaged & mailed to 5 different places across the country. They were also very patient & kind to my 1.5 yr old son, which makes a busy mom very happy.

Not full service postal station like the one that was on Austin Bluffs. You can only send things first class or priority.The other thing I dont like is that they have to send you email with your tracking number this place is a waste of my time!

Ron and his staff are very helpful and always pleasant. They get me in and out quickly, and I dont have to stand in lines all day long. Im a busy guy so thats perfect. Im doing all of my Christmas mailing at Carefree Postal.

Best place to go for any postal needs. Very good customer service. In and out in minutes. Ron and Bonnie are always pleasant and willing to help. Dont wait in a ridiculous line at the other post office, come here instead.
