I use this post office several times a week and I have nothing but good things to say about this USPS location. I typically ship 50+ envelopes a week. As for the customer service, it is right on point. The staff who work here are very friendly and care about my service. They have never turned me away, or refused to assist me. They even offer tips/suggestions for future packages. I really like this place and I am happy to spend my money here! As for the negative comment I just read on here; it is absolutely ridiculous to speak such harsh words over one experience. You are talking about and personally attacking real people. I bet you wouldnt say these things to them in person... It is what I call "bravery from a distance." Make it part of your day to know the hours of the business and dont show up at closing hours. Poor planning on your part shouldnt constitute an emergency on everyone elses. I have to say that as a college graduate with a bachelors in business, I am always looking for and expecting good customer service. This post office does it well and better than any other USPS on the front range!

The hours at this post office just depicts your average, lazy Americans just in it for the paycheck. Not only that, there is Always a line, on the rare occasions it is open. The male post master in this place is a jerk, as my husband showed up at 4:28pm with a package Already Posted, and the guy still locked the door on him. It wouldnt have taken anything for the employee to just grab it from him right there at the door and throw it in tomorrows basket. But, just like your small town, lazy folk, he locked the door and said "We close at 4:30pm". Ive dealt with Many post masters all over the country, and this office is the laziest, clock milking place Ive ever dealt with on government payroll!! Do yourself a favor, just head over to Johnstown. The lady who USED to work in Milliken (the only one who was worth going to Milliken office for) now works in Johnstown, and she would Never just lock the door on a customer because she is there to serve her customers, not herself (like in Milliken). What a waste of government money!!

This little building is a great place to give a letter or package a great sendoff. Unlike many larger facilities there are rarely lines and yet there is constant activity, the postmaster is on his toes. There are large envelopes and boxes available for a last minute mailing, so theres no excuse for putting off sending those items destined for other locations. The post office also houses rental boxes and the bulletin board features information about local events.

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. I visit once or twice a week for work and its always quick and smooth. I particularly enjoy seeing the staff interact with our town senior citizens. The guy behind the counter is always super patient and truly cares about them.

The postman behind the counter is the most pleasant person! It doesnt matter if there is one person or several lined up, he always has a pleasant greeting for everyone and handles transactions thoroughly and efficiently.
