Honest, dependable, quick service, and good with their customers. The ONLY issue Ive had with them is their card machine. Long story short, they ran my card twice, both times it was declined according to their machine. So I used my girlfriends card and it went through just fine. But my account has been pending the transaction for 3 days now, even though my card was declined. So were currently out $500. I have no doubt theyll help sort this out, its just a bit of an inconvenience. Update: This has not been an easy process. A week later, and my money is still pending. Craigs has been uncooperative and doesnt seem to want to comprehend whats going on. They keep making it seem like Im trying to get money out of them, which I am not. This money is basically in limbo. I cant access it and neither can Craigs. All I asked was for them to send a fax to my bank to release this hold on my money. Does it make sense now guys? Now that I got to fully explain the situation on here without being interrupted?

This place is great. I had an electrical problem in my jeep, the previous owner had decided to rewire it but had no clue how to do it. It was a nightmare Im sure. There are literally phone cables they found that dont do anything! Craig automotive was fast, they explained what happened, the tech came and spoke with me about what he found, etc. The girl at the front desk was on it too. She called every day to say what was going on, and she knew what she was talking about (I usually turn my own wrenches, but electrical is out of my league). If you need work done on your baby, take her here.

Ive migrated to and from a few different shops, all vary between good customer service, good work, good price, and availability. This is the automotive shop that has been the best in all areas in my experience. They were professional, didnt talk down to me, priced well, and took care of business expediently. My room mate also had the same experience with them. They even sent me a thank you card for coming to them with my auto repair needs and that pushed them above and beyond any other auto repair shop In my book. They are excellent in every area and they have won my business.

My dad has been using Craigs auto since I was little. Im 30 years old now and have never used anyone but Craigs. Married with kids my wife and myself always use this auto shop for every need we have with our cars. Great service, always there when you need them, do an excellent job with everything, from normal maintenance, to identifying problems before they become an expense you for sure dont want to pay. Always have gone out of their way to take care of mine of my wifes vehicle whenever and whatever I need. Techs Travis and Randy are amazing and good honest guys.

They have even saved me some money on their quoted prices in some cases. I will only take my truck to Craigs automotive!! Everyone is extremely courteous and professional. I am not one to understand how vehicles work and break, so taking my truck to get repaired was always a stressful thing. Being lied to was a usual process, and very frustrating! This place is amazing! They are the most honest automotive place Ive ever dealt with. If you dont need it they are not doing it! We have a child at the university and was told she needed brakes when she got her oil changed at another garage. We had her take the car to Craig and they said absolutely not! Can you imagine that? Im beyond impressed with Laray and the staff here! Cant say THANK YOU enough!

I have been to Craigs Auto several times. Every single time I am amazed at how honest these guys are. I was sure I had something majorly wrong with my car, and Craig didnt make up stuff to charge me for (like previous mechanics). He told me the truth even if that meant he doesnt make any money. I will use Craigs auto for as long as Colorado springs is my home.

My explorer had a wheel bearing fail 600 miles from home. Called these guys and got it in at almost 8am 2 guys working on it an not even 2 hours later Im back on the road headed home! And Bill was $125 cheaper than what was quoted. Highly recommend these guys and if I lived closer Id be a repeat customer without hesitation.

Very professional and friendly, super knowledgeable with quick and honest service. Only place Ive been to where they give a thorough explanation with very fair pricing. I was traveling and my radiator blew and they managed to make sure I was in and out, back on the road in just hours for a walk in! Best in town!!
