I really wanted this to be my new goto car repair spot since Im a retired veteran. Unfortunately, they have some work to do to earn my trust back. I took my car in for them to find an oil leak. They told me over the phone it would be about $50 to look for the leak because theyd have to power wash everything first. They told me to bring my car in at 12pm for them to look at it. At 5pm, I called them and asked for an update. They had just put it up on the rack. So much for a 12pm appointment. As a new business owner Id certainly do everything possible to impress a new client by working on their car when I said I would work on it. They called later and said it was the valve cover gasket which would be about $234. They said I owed them about $22 for the diagnosis. Since I couldnt afford the $200 labor charge, I decided to change it myself. I understand the overhead of running a repair shop and have no issues with the labor charge. When I returned home and opened the hood, there was radiator fluid everywhere. They had obviously checked my radiator or something removing the cap then putting it back on incorrectly so only one side of the cap caught. I spent the next day replacing the valve cover gasket and discovered that they had not even power washed anything to find the leak. After I replaced the valve cover gasket, the leak was exactly the same as before. So I wasted $25 on the part and about 2 hours. I then took my car and power washed the engine. I observed that there was no oil leaking behind the valve cover like they had told me. I took my car to another shop in town and they immediately found it was the oil pump gasket. Im wondering what Christian Brothers would have done when they replaced the valve cover gasket and the leak was the same.

They worked on 2 of our cars. One car needed the heater fixed. They suggesting changing the radiator for about $800 which would not have fixed the problem. They changed a thermostat and charged about $250 and didnt fix the problem. The other car they worked on they replaced a power steering pump, charged about &1500 and I drove it home about a half mile. My wife and daughter took it Loveland the next day and all the coolant had drained out. I took it to another shop to look at it after that and a coolant hose next to the power steering hose was disconnected and had leaked all the coolant. I talked to Jeff about this and he assured me that the work they had done had nothing to do with my problem and that he felt no responsibility for it. I told him I could not prove that they had done anything wrong but that it seemed like more than a coincidence and that I would not recommend his services ever. He did not offer to do anything to make it right.

I would not recommend this place. They took advantage of my mother-in-law and tried to cover it up when we went in to confront them. She had a knock in the rear end so they "replaced" the rear sway bar links. After that the knock was still there and she was told it was just an old car and not to worry about it. Took it a different mechanic and he found that one of the links was not even replaced and the the other appeared to have been used. The manager said they got the parts from OReilys so I went by to check out what the links from OReilys looked like and the new ones from OReilys were much different. They did refund the money for the parts and labor they "installed" that were never installed actually installed, so that is good, but they were dishonest and charge way too much. 92$ in labor to change spark plugs and 10$ for each spark plug?? Kidding right!? nope not here!

Amazing experience! They absolutely took care of me! Jeff the owner was extremely polite, and always asking to go the extra mile. Scott the service manager was precise and understanding with me my entire experience! Rich and Janet were both extremely polite in every interaction! and the technician I talked to, Jason, was extremely courteous and helped me understand everything! They even pulled my car up next to the door and left me with an ice cold bottle of water! Extremely professional and kind, a true Christian business. I will take all of my vehicles here in the future.

I have had good experiences here and would have given a higher rating but they are closed on Saturdays. How can an auto service place be closed on Saturdays? I understand Sunday but cant fathom being closed on Saturday. There are people who cant make it in during the week because of work schedules and want to give you business but are forced to go elsewhere because you are not open on Saturday.

Went in for an alignment and they had no appointments available that day. We were on our way out of town so we asked if we would still be ok driving to steamboat with the alignment the way it was without ruining our tires. They assured us several times it would not ruin our tires to get the alignment done when we got back. We got back from steamboat and our tires are now completely bald.

Was referred to them for an alignment and oil change. They had my vehicle in the shop for well over an hour to just complete the oil change. Was then given a parts invoice for "a whole new front end" which totaled well over 3500 dollars. I called around to part shops and priced it out for a little over 300...totally ridiculous mark ups on parts and labor cost is insane. Wont be going back

Very sweet and polite gentleman. I went to see if I need an alignment after getting new tires, and doing a general check. They looked it over and said no work was need, but explained possible yet unnecessary at the moment, possible work . Great customer service they even stayed calm and collected after another customer began to yell and cruss at them.
