Being a hospitality major as well as hospitality worker, I tend to not judge the service of a place by just one visit. Having visited this Panera location multiple times due to the fact I often take my work breaks here, I feel I have the right to judge now. Although the food at Panera is always something I enjoy, I have continuously been let down by the staff at this store. There are a few different managers or shift supervisors I have noticed and interacted with, the two I recall (I believe) their names are Cassandra and Courtney. Cassandra is rude and clearly does not know why shes doing, straight up. Sorry to say, but I have never been impressed by the service or leadership I have seen her provide. I placed a to go order several weeks ago, and they mixed it up with another order. Cassandra told me I had to repay for the order; even though I had already paid! Courtney is much nicer to guests, but seems to be very scatter brained. Not the type of people Id hire to supervise and guide my staff. The staff themselves seem to not know how to interact with guests, and also seem to not enjoy themselves while at work. Maybe this is due to lack of kind and knowledgable leadership, so I dont blame them. I will continue to visit this store on my breaks for the fact that the food is consistently well made and is delicious. But I do hope the staff could get a facelift so I could enjoy my time here a little more.

I love this place and frequently go here, but one thing that continues to be an issue is the bagel slicer. I have at least 10 times received a sweet bagel that had been sliced with the same slicer as an everything bagel before it, so when I bite into my cinnamon crunch bagel, I wind up with an extremely aggressive onion taste in my mouth, and then I cant finish it. Its something that probably has limited solutions but I thought it was worth pointing out because while I think the taste of onion is disgusting, some people might have allergies that they didnt think they had to mention. Overall its a trivial thing to let you guys know about, but might be helpful. Otherwise, thanks for being so great over all of these years.

Cool at first, 1/2 sandwich portion super small. Also mildly rude line staff. Walked to the counter when my order was ready with the pager and no one said a thing to me until I put the vibrating pager on the counter and it made noise, the girl looked up and said oh just put that in the basket.. didnt even ask my name for the order or acknowledge that I was there to pick it up.. it felt weird. Then there was a gnarly hair on the pickle but by that time we were super disappointed about the sandwich size for the price and the rudeness/weirdness of the staff we didnt think it would be worth it to say anything about it... wont be returning.

Extremly disappointed in the morning catering service provided. We were feeding 12 VPs of our company so it was a very important meeting. The food was not delivered on time (60 + min late) as the driver became extremly lost. The cell number I provided was written down wrong initially so I was not notified that they were lost until I called into the store. There was significant lack of concern for tardiness and a half hearted apology followed up by a letter for 10% off the next catering order. The food was no longer warm due to the late delivery. We will never order from this location again. Disappointment is an understatment.

Food was excellent... Like always. Today however they had plenty of empty table but only a few. Lean ones... The staff finally wiped some off... Right on to the floor. Looking around it looked more like a steak house that lets you throw peanut shells on the floor. The lady that helped us (who was a trainer) was kinda rude and short. This is not the Experianice I normally have with panera, even at this location, but today they were off their game. I hope next time is better.

Dirty. Was given dirty silverware (salad bowl, fork, and knife), then when approached counter for clean swap was told they would have to find some because the expedite window didnt have any. When I replied that being served food with someones last meal still on them is disgusting she replied under her breath, you are. Apparently the employees dont get paid to offer customer service, sanitary conditions, or respectful service. Guess they dont want my patronage ever again.

Sold out of EVERYTHING with ZERO explanation. Gets better, went only because I had a reward waiting and they would not redeem it, said I had to use the app, okay I told them I would right then, after waiting over 30 minutes the manager (same person that checked us out) asked what we were waiting for and they had placed our order over in the corner without saying a word, now its all melted. I love Panera just not a fan of this one.

They have great bagels here and the service is good too. It can get hectic at certain times but a little patience gets you what you wanted when you came in. They keep the coffee fresh and even post the times it was made on the containers for you so you never get a bad cup there. The WiFi works well too. Expect a lot of people around lunchtime and breakfast time but in between is great and a nice place to eat and relax a bit.

I love Paneras food but the service here was not great. They apparently were not staffed up this morning as I had to wait in line for 20 minutes to place my order. When I returned home, I found out they had made the breakfast sandwich with no egg on it. Really? Just bread, spinach and avocado. The bear claw I purchased tasted stale. Just not up to the standards I expect from Paneras!

Its just deli for foodies since most things on menu are things I only recognize from food channel or upscale resteraunt, beside ham or tuna sandwiches the other four I wasnt familiar with. The baked cinnamon rolls, and croissants looked good. Huge selection of fresh bagels and fresh breads so great bakery? Not family friendly when all tables only two/three chairs. The coffee was great.

I enjoy Panera Bread and this location is no exception. Quick service and consistent, good quality food. Can be a bit pricey. Ive never had an issue with employees at this location. A recent upgrade is the "rapid ordering," wherein the customer orders and pays via kiosk and the order is processed and available for pickup pretty quickly... great for the lunch rush.

Great food! However, it is way over priced and the portions are small. Im not a fan of this particular location. They always get my order wrong, or skimp on ingredients such as bacon (When I order the Turkey Avocado BLT) and the roast beef (When I order the Italian sandwich) . Also, the staff isnt very friendly. The cashiers seem like they hate their jobs.

Food is on par with other Panera locations (that is, excellent for a quick food), so thats a plus. Coffee is usually fresh, or within about an hour, from what Ive seen. Unfortunately, they are a bit slow to accommodate any sort of customer rush, and usually only run one register. Fix that, and thered be no issues.
