Went to pick up my order for bagels I place the night before. When I get there to pick up my order they did not have it. So I reordered. While sitting there waiting for my order I was listening to staff talk about how I stated that I called the order in the night before. And then one of the staff stated that I did not know what I was talking about. At that time I stood up and confronted him and said I did call in a order last night. Love their bagels but their customer service is not so good.

I love their chibatta breakfast sandwiches. Its the perfect way for me to start my day before work. everyone is very friendly and nice. I would like the drive through to be a little faster, as I have been late to work a couple of times now, but the food is great! They have a very fresh menu thats helthy and great taysting. Just the time is all i need help with. Sandy

The employees were laughing and being rude when I misheard what the employee working drive through said. I hardly come to panera for lunch and am not familiar with their menu and side options. My chicken melt also came out cold, they didnt ask me what I wanted to drink and just gave me a sprite. Rude and unprofessional.

I came in today for a panini and the manager Eva was incredibly insightful, my cashier Devyn was patient and sweet, and even someone named Ryan working in the back went above and beyond to help me out! Great atmosphere, kind employees, and delicious food. Could not have been more satisfied

The girl was more concerned with flirting with my husband than getting my sandwich correct. I ordered a Sierra turkey, got home and it is simply turkey on bread, nothing else. Panera is usually my go-to because their food is so consistent. This time, not so much. Not cool.

Its really a shame there are not more of these. Food is always fresh and good. love the layout as they make it easy for you to find a place to set not fully into the middle of the room. A great place to bring your laptop and get some work done. The free WiFi is a plus.

If you look up going above and beyond, your employee Alex would be the first thing youd find. He was incredibly upbeat and humorous. He provided phenomenal service and should probably be promoted to the highest position allowable. Seriously, best experience ever.

I love the place and the food but one of their employees should learn how to be friendly. She does not lose a chance to bug me with her judgmental comments. I am a regular customer and I have to answer her racist questions everytime I am there!

The drive-thru ALWAYS takes a long time. It is much quicker to go somewhere else. Also, inside the store is not very well cleaned. The floor and tables have food on them in multiple areas. Definitely the worst experience Ive had at Panera.

MORE THAN 50% of the time my order is wrong. I love the food but am so frustrated at how often they get it wrong. CHECK THE ORDER BEFORE YOU SEND IT OUT! I have now on at least a dozen occasions received a CHICKEN Cobb Salad without Chicken.

They have finally added some gluten free options. Had a nice salad and apple. Service was friendly and manager was asked to help confirm gluten free status of salad options. Very nice place!
