I really dont even want to give one star to this place. Hated it, is a bit understated. Hate really isnt the correct word, disheartened by their obvious incompetence is more like it. My car stopped working, as in it would no longer move. I called my insurance and got a tow through them. It took a day and a half, then firestone gave me their diagnoses. My clutch had to be replaced, along with the resurfacing of my flywheel. AND My oil cap was missing, so I would need to pay to have that replaced and for new oil. It was going to cost a quoted price of 2600 dollars to fix. I asked to call them back, because that price sounded outrageous. And it is, about 1000 dollars overpriced give or take. By yesterday I had already decided that I needed to get my car out of there. I found the new mechanics and tow service I was going to use. I called to inform them that the tow service would be on their way shortly. There was no mention of bill settling or anything else at that time. A few hours later, the towing service called and said they wouldnt release my car. Claiming I owed them money. Fortunately, I had a day off today. I got the towing service to meet me there. This time they behaved as if there was no issue at all with getting my car, and acted ignorant about the incident from the previous day. After my car was loaded onto the truck, one of the Firestone employees wanted to speak with me. He then informs me that the diagnoses had changed since two days prior, and it is now my right axle that needs replacing. I said, you do realize this is just another reason to have my car taken elsewhere. Its your doctor telling you that you have cancer, and then calling you a week later to say OOPS.. You just have the flu. Obviously, I requested the new mechanics to do their own diagnostic. About the oil cap. I had my oil changed last month, in Memphis, TN just before driving the 16 hours back to Denver. Then driving nearly every day to Boulder and back. Now, I am the type of person that has to ask someone to remind them how to open their hood. The hood had not been opened since the oil had been changed in Memphis. I am fairly certain, the issue of a missing oil cap would have presented itself.. MAYBE 5 minutes after I left the oil place. I let this go, I much preferred to just get away from this place than to push this particular issue. The only decent thing I can say about the place is that they honored their original pitch of "No cost" for their bogus diagnoses. I wouldnt return to this place for any reason. Hopefully, any decent mechanic that does work there gets out and goes to a place that isnt so shady.

I brought my car in after not being able to obtain the right size tires at 4 other tire stores. Mind you they arent rare sized tires. I was desperate and exhausted just trying to find an honest shop who would do the work I needed on my tires and brakes within a decent quote. When I brought my car in, the original order for my tires had not been made, but the shop made it right and upgraded my tires to a better tire for the same price because of the inconvenience. In addition, they were honest enough to quote me a real price on my brakes and that theyd be able to do work that day. Although I ended up doing more work on my car that day than just tires, it was labor and tune ups that would have had to been done in the next month because the car would have been unsafe. The staff was friendly, kind, honest and concerned about my safety in my vehicle. That to me is true customer satisfaction and I appreciate this shop more and more with every interaction.

DO NOT USE!! This place is absolute joke, i have fleet, every time i go there its something, i was there for AC they charged me $300 than two days later the AC doesnt work, i went back they said oh its the blower, they charge another $300, still doesnt work, i had to go to different shop, wish cost me more money all was just intake, they offer me 2 tires than i told them i need alignment, they didnt do it, i called week later they said well we only did a check, they charged me for oil change and was never done they had to refund me, its time consuming, not professional at all, so if your planning on getting something done at this place, good luck you will be going back for the same thing several time, we have fleet and we spend a lot of money on tires with these guys but they didnt take that in consideration, i do not recommend this place

Took my daughters car in because the heater was not working and was told that the thermostat and water pump both needed to be replaced. I was not planning on spending that much money on the repairs and was disappointed with this news. The person that called me was very nice and I felt that he really cared about my situation. I really appreciated him talking to me about my options and things he would do to make sure everything was working right. I was pleasantly surprised when I got a phone call the next morning to let me know that the leak from the water pump was from a hose and not the pump and my bill was half of what I was expecting! It is so nice to know that there are still some honest shops and mechanics out there that care about their customers and not just making money. Thank you, your new life long customer.

Went in for an oil change. I had a tire that had a previous fix on it and the air was a little low, as it was in all my tires, that didnt get corrected either. They tried to tell me that I had another leak that was not repairable and that I would need to replace the tire. I bought my tires and Discount and told them I would be going there to have them look at it. I did just that and what do you know? My tire is doing just fine! Theres not a new leak or anything that isnt "repariable" wrong with my tire at all. Discount looked at it and filled all my tires to the appropriate level of air. They also reminded me that sometimes with season changes the air level can fluctuate and the TPS light can come on and off, which is what mine had been doing. Save your time and money and go else where!

The staff here is overworked or something. Every time I call to even ask for an appointment they seem completely overwhelmed! The prices are absolutely crazy. Its obviously kind of a scam when they advertise a one price brake job to get you in the door and then lo and behold you have a million things wrong with your car! Lots of bait-and-switch and lots of up charges however, the work that I did get done there seems to be okay. They take a pretty deep dive to find anything they possibly can wrong with your vehicle so that they can charge you as much as they possibly can. Also if you haggle with them youll get a better price! Just goes to show that this place is not what they advertise.
