Ok folks. I think its time to step up as a comsumer and side with the store. I would venture to say maybe 85% of you have no idea how a service center operates. Also they really are there to do good work for you. Most of the consumers only know fill w gas and go. When dealing with these stores you find out that the stores are seeing you as a walk in, also as an appointment customer. An appointment does not give you priority over any other customer. Merely sets a time to expect you. Now if they have every bay filled and busy. And you are an appointment, while the cutomers car that is in the bay is finishing, the oil drain plug or the oil cap or dipstick break. On average its probably aged or already mis treated. Now the guy that you are working with has to get one for you. Thes stores do not stock these items most typically. Ok so wait time till it gets there. Could be 20 min up to end of their day depending on their bandwidth (human employees) . That bay will be locked up, therefore setting the next appointment off in time. These guys have to organize, inspect your car, perform services that have varied times and cost. One car has roughly 400k individual parts that make a whole car. As a human. As a comsumer. Have a little grace and give it to these guys that work on your cars, in the heat up to 130 deg and below freezing. Keep in mind, you have no idea about how a car works and that you yourself need someone to do it for you. They are human, humans error and all things man made this break down or wear down over time. This is fact. Youll, at least i have found these guys more often than not, go out of their way for you over the course of their time with you. Whether its a 30 min oil change or an entire days worth of work. Patience for the humans, respect for the men and women who work in this business. My service has always been great. Take a little of this and see if you have a little more patience on your next visit anywhere.

Up until a couple of years ago, these guys were great - efficient, honest, with fair prices. I would consistently take both my cars there for service, tires, and routine maintenance. But things have changed. Ive noticed that they now constantly try to upsell me on what sometimes turn out to be needless repairs. Plus their prices are exorbinant - they charge about 25% more than the Chevy dealership charges for the same work (i.e. new brakes). Last week I took my car in for an oil change. Of course a couple hours later I got the call I was expecting - saying I needed new brakes (which was probably true), a transmission flush, transaxle flush, and then to top it off the guy says "and we might as well do the alignment while we have it in here". Well, about 6 months ago, I paid for transmission fluid and transaxle fluid flushes - at the same Tires Plus - and they are saying I need them again??? They obviously didnt check their records before recommending these needless services. And as for the alignment problems, there arent any, they didnt even do an alignment check, just recommended this $79 service because "my car was already there". I guess if you just need an oil change and a tire rotation maybe you can give them a try, but Im done with these guys.

I am from out of town and was a bad situation when my car got wrecked while a friend was driving. We needed a place to check out the car as it was "drivable" but didnt seem safe after the wreck. Chad at Tires Plus managed to fit us in on a Saturday late afternoon when no one else would take us. (Trust me we called everyone.) He was extremely helpful in aiding us on making decisions on how and what to do with the car. The circumstances dictated that we would have to tow the car back to our home in Colorado Springs. Chad was able to assist us in making that decision and offering several solutions to choose from. In short, Chad and Tires Plus came through in a big way during a very stressful and difficult time. In spite of all his time and expertise we were not even charged. So while I cant speak to other reviews, I can say that Chad and Tires Plus were a godsend for myself and a friend. Their help is greatly a appreciated. Give Chad a raise, keep him and foster him, he is a good talent and great employee. Thanks

Tires Plus is a ripoff. I brought in a tire I had filled with fix-a-flat. They told me they couldnt repair the tire b/c acid in the sealant eats away the tire liner and therefore they couldnt guarantee their patch would hold. Fine. My bad. However, Tires Plus was more than happy to tell me I could buy a set of 4 brand new tires for my SUV for a small fee - $890. I only have 14K miles on the existing tires! They didnt recommend I put just one one new tire on as that would impact my AWD. What they didnt tell me after I went to the effort to find a similarly used tire I brought back in is that they dont mount previously owned tires. Its against corporate policy. It all seems a little scammy to me under the guise of corporate policy. They have a of things they cannot do but are happy to sell you new tires. I went across the street to Wal Mart and they gladly mounted my "used" tire for $15. Tires Plus will never get my business in the future.

They were helpful with replacing tires. And they knew how to deal with our tire pressure reader. They were slammed so it took a while. They were helpful and the cost of the tires and installation was reasonable. Not a place to just stop by, however. Too busy and not a lot of parking. New experience: This store continues to be outstanding which explains why they are so incredibly busy. If you can manage a wait, sometimes most of the day this place will do you right. We had a flat rear tire. They said the flat tire was not salvageable so we needed a new tire. Most places would make you get two tires -- but the experts were honest and said the other back tire had good tread and therefore I only needed one tire. They honored a warranty I got with the vehicle and the new tire including installation was less than $20. Remember I had a warranty but they wont oversell you. Very ethical. Just expect to wait awhile as they are very busy.

As customer for the last 2 years I have never had a bad experience on any of the services they provided. I had an issue with my differential chattering due to low fluid levels. They could have charged me for new parts but instead suggested they flush n clear all the gear oil and add the correct amount and type of oil with an OE additive to reduce the chatter. Well it worked like a charm and only cost me 130$ as apposed to 675$ to replace parts. I service both of my cars here and have bought tires as well and trust me I am very particular who works on my cars! I have been so please with the service and how they treated me and my family that I bought the team a pizza to say thanks. As there is always room for improvement I gave this Tires Pus 5 stars due to the unfair reports written by some customers. I highly recommend and trust this Tires Plus and I am sure you will to.
