The people at Sundance are amazing: honest, ethical, fair and very friendly and kind. They have taken care of me and my care for many years now, and are the only ones I trust to touch my "baby" (car). They work with me around what I can afford, make suggestions to prevent problems and treat me with respect. They have worked really hard to find salvaged parts when the dealership part was too expensive, and have been honest about when I need to spend money and when I can save a bit. I first came to Sundance when another mechanic lied to me and told me he did a tune up. A few blocks later, I broke down in front of Sundance. They not only fixed the problems caused by the other mechanic, but they contacted him to negotiate getting my money back, too. They have provided rides to work so my car could stay with them for a day, and always provide the highest quality of service and repair for my vehicle. I have no doubt that if it wasnt for Sundance, I would have needed to buy a new car years ago. On top of all of that, they are genuinely nice people. Always friendly and kind, and displaying a great sense of humor. This is a great place to go if you are a woman or if you have a disability or are older. You will be treated with respect, and any special needs you have will be honored.

I posted 5 stars a couple years ago. Sundance can keep the stars. However my last experience was unpleasant because of a lack of communication. 2 weeks worth of work took 6 months because I let Sundance continually put me on the back burner. I was a paying customer but was not receiving the same service as other customers with similar work being done to their vehicles. The mechanic I worked with is a gem. Unfortunately he is part of a business that understands little about taking care of loyal customers. If Ron had personally come to me and explained why over and over I was being pushed aside or at least given me an apology, then Sundance would still have my business. Instead, what ensued was much like a bad break up. I left and found an honest mechanic who doesnt placate customers or play deceiving Christian radio in the waiting room while he decides which customers he can afford to pacify. Keep the Stars Sundance, I wish you well.

Took my moms car there. I broke down on 70. It was towed with no issues. I was told, the clutch was out. Ok fair. I got to pick it up a few days after. No issues, until I was taking my kids to school and the same thing happened in the city I live in. So we towed it to the family mechanic. No biggie right? The clutch was never the issue. It was the linking cables to the shifting cables that were broken. They rigged it with a thin metal wire. Yes they paid for the repairs to the family mechanic, and the tow. But we still had to pay them for a repair that wasnt needed. So, Im in disbelief. The owner said it was a favor to fix a repair we had not known about. Period. So the rigged repair with a small flimsy wire was a favor on a repair we knew nothing about, that caused us to break down in a middle of a busy highway intersection is ok? And that is a favor? I was lucky my kids were not in the car.

I had a funny vibration in my car and I took it to two other mechanics (one was the dealer) and they said it did vibrate but they couldnt find the cause. I was reluctant to use these guys because of another post that said they were terrible. A friend of mine is a big fan of theirs and I was a little desperate so I took my car there. They found the source of the vibration and were really nice. They also impressed me a being very intelligent. This is not some "garage". They have a pretty big facility. Several people stopped by while I was waiting and everyone treated them like family. I would give these guys a high rating. They found something no one else could and were very nice about it. I particularly liked Adam who went for a test drive with me. Nice guy and very knowledgeable mechanic!

We have a 2002 Honda Accord; its transmission went out and we were on the fence about fixing it due to the cars mileage and value. We called around and got a great estimate from Sundance. The price they offered was nearly $1,000 less than other shops; customer service was terrific. We went ahead and got it fixed. That was summer 2014; its now March 2015 and the cars running great. Will use them again if any major repairs come up with our other two vehicles. Its worth noting that were in SE Aurora, so it was work to get the car there - but wed totally do it again. Great job - thank you!

Sundance Automotive is BAR NONE the best garage/service I have ever had the pleasure of knowing and using. I highly recommend this to all my female friends and male friends. I love the way they treat me, as a person, not just a woman, and fill me in on details of current status of my car and future issues that will need to be fixed so I can save money for the big costs. I will always take my car here. Ron and the office and maintenance guys are wonderful and very friendly and personable. Keep up the excellent work!

DO NOT USE THIS GARAGE! Due to a communication snafu between spouses - one spouse approved the work unaware the other spouse had two previous estimates for the same work - FOR HALF THE PRICE!! I called the garage five minutes after I heard their estimate (which was immediately after they spoke with spouse) and was basically told "too late - we already started it". When we told them of two other estimates the owners response was "they must be lying". I now have a thousand dollar timing belt.........

I think there is a special place in heaven for honest and competent mechanics. My diesel truck started leaking something while I was in Denver for work. Ron got me in late in the afternoon the day before I was supposed to leave, saying, "Lets pray for a hose clamp!" AND IT WAS! How great is that!? They fixed it and then had me come in the next morning on my way out of town to double check it. It makes me happy to know there are people who wont take advantage of you when you are in a jam.

Absolutely terrible. Horrible communication from the minute i dropped off my car. I was offered a free oil change for my trouble and even that was a bad experience. I called several times to try and bring my car in (I even offered to supply the oil) but they never had time. When I went to sell my car a few weeks later I noticed my parking brake didnt work. My $700 rear brake job from Sundance apparently didnt cover the parking brake. Please save yourself the headache and find another shop.
