EXCELLENCE AUTO REPAIR could be an alternative name for Adler Automotive!! We took in a Toyota Rav4 to get the A/C fix. They took the Rav4 in for a look right a way & in just a few minutes they had found the problem. They scheduled us in for the next day. We dropped the Rav4 off the next day a little after 7 AM & within 4 to 5 hours we got a call to come pick it up.( Please keep in mind that they had to order an A/C condenser & had to wait on the delivery. ) When we got there, they had the Rav4 wait for us. NO SURPRISES, NO HARD SELL on part or saying we needed this or that like a lot of auto mechanic shops do. They were able to fix the A/C & have us out the door for under $800. We WILL be going back to them & we would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this shop if you have a Toyota. Adler Automotive has great customer service, good prices, & excellent AUTO care. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK Adler Automotiove!!! PS: They also have a very cool & friendly dog that loves to greeting you at the door.

I blew my engine heading up to the mountains and had my truck towed to Adler Automotive. Chad was super friendly and got my truck in for a diagnostic (obv without an appointment). He did a compression test which confirmed the engine had blown (5 psi) and did not charge me for the test. I wound up leaving my truck in his lot for two days as I sorted out finding a new engine and a place to install it. The price he gave me to fix the engine was competitive, but over my budget, so I had it towed to a friends for DIY work. While I didnt have any work done on my truck there, I couldnt have been more grateful for his kindness and understanding. Hes a locally owned business, great communicator, and friendly shop.

I bought an 87 4runner from Chad Adler. I was still in Atlanta (recently moved to Colorado) and had a friend pick it up. Adler Automotive put a motor in the truck and new timing components on the motor.The craigslist ad stated that there were NO LEAKS and it leaks BADLY from the timing cover. I understand that the sale was AS IS but the craigslist ad was misleading. no leaks means no leaks and he told me he could "tighten a few bolts, but thats the best i can do". Adler did not even make an effort to help a paying customer. shame on you. that is not what a hard working individual wants to deal with, or pay money to a business that misleads their customers.

I cannot say enough great things about Adler Automotive. I have been taking my 2007 Toyota FJ Cruiser to Chad for a little under a year. I have consistently had fast, reliable, and honest service work done on my FJ. Chad is an excellent communicator and is transparent with recommended work. He takes the time to explain any issue and why it is relevant. I HIGHLY recommend Adler Automotive to any Yota owner. Scheduling is easy with Chad and I am extremely happy with all of the work Ive had on my car. Ive been to a handful of Toyota specific mechanics in the Denver area before going to Adler, and Adler is by far the BEST shop Ive been to.

Chad installed a clutch on my Tacoma and did excellent work, he was quick and very well priced. While my truck was on the rack he ran through all the common wear items and walked me through his findings when I picked the truck up. I was sold on their politeness on the phone when I first spoke with them, and when he suggested we replace the rear main seal while the transmission was out without my mentioning that--their knowledge is terrific, and to find a mechanic that will recommend extra work in advance is uncommon these days... Let alone when courteous! Ill be continuing to do business with them in the future.
